Medlife — wrong product picked up but refund not yet initiated | |||
I have been a regular customer of medlife & purchasing products frequently. But this time my experience with medlife has been worst. The order id was or5295eh-006a against which i have ordered baby food netsum for 12months + baby with rice n mix fruit flavour, but i recvd. Cerelac 6months + rice flavour, which was of no use for me. When i file the complaint, wrong product was immediately picked up. But its been near about a month & till date i have not got my refund. When i called to customer care, they are saying once return would be clarified from their end, their executives would call for account no n other details. But i dont think this simple procedure takes a month... Extremely disappointed with the service.. Was this information helpful? | |||

Pls i have ordered for medicine for Rs.1144.36, due to techinical reason the payment thr PAYTM on 10.5.2018. On delivery of medicine I had paid cash, so there was double payment which your customer cell promised the amount will be credited to PAYTM. Till date amount is not refunded. order is registered thr [protected]. Hope you do refund earliest.
