Customer 4262124, m. Padmanabhan. Mob [protected]. Bill amt. Rs989/ dt. Of purchase 6.3.2018 by 13.47.06 hrs. Card had been swiped; only printing receipt had not come in shop's swipe-instrument. Again swiped second time. Fate till now not known. Apart from those two swipes, sales person told, he is not confirm about receipt. Hence collected cash from me (The customer/purchaser). But sms received from the banker states:- rs.989/- debited in my account against pos @ medplus. Repeated requests made to salespersons since 6.3.2018 are not responded. Hence request you to check your accounts and give back credit to the indian bank a/c no.[protected], jawahar nagar branch, chennai 600082, branch code 1461; ifsc idib000p132 micr code[protected], swiped card*3857.
