[Resolved] Medplus India — double payment received through paytm for online order

I have taken the order for online booking.

I have received the order by making paytm since the store did not had credit card.
Double payment has been received as the counter sales person asked for otp thrice and he was not equipped to handle paytm transactions.
The order value was rs. 1621/-.
Double payment paytm reference numbers are:
#biubomvj at 6.07 pm on 15th nov'17 wallet transaction id: [protected] and #qmhol208 at 6.06 pm on 15th nov'17. Wallet transaction id: [protected]
