[Resolved] Medplus India — Duplicate payment refund not received 1774.02 | |
System got a error message from system hence I had made a 2 transactions with Medplus India on 31st Jan 2020, amounted 1174.02, since i have noticed that one transactions got duplicated i have cancelled the transactions. For this cancelled order i have not received the refund amount. However, have contacted and sent an email to Medplus team 15, time, no response from them. team is saying the have refund the amount to Phonepe, but i have made a payament from MobikiKWik i am unsure that why they have made the payment o Phonepe account. Have contacted phonepe customer care and they said that Merchant has to contact Phonepe team inorder to check the refund details but i have tried to communicate same to Medplus they are not ready to contact phonepe for refund.
