I had purchased a mask on 29th august at the rate of rs 65. One of the ear strings is dislocated and as i went to the shop to report it, the concerning salesman in the name of jewel kanti chowdhury number w10517 said to me, "only a rs 65 mask you are claiming to replace it"n Now my question is maybe rs 65 doesn't matter to medplus, but it does matter to me as because i am a pensioner. Maybe he is unable to replace it but the fact lies that a multi-chain shop like medplus can behave like this. I am bound to complain regarding this person as because his attitude was not perfect as per your esteemed shop. I am a regular customer of your shop.
