[Resolved] Medplus India — non-servicing/delay in servicing bp monitoring unit | |||||
I had purchased a bp check unit from medplus, rajajinagar ii block branch, (Near vijaya bank), rajajinagar, bengaluru. Since it was not working, i gave it for service at the above mentioned branch, about three months back. But, it is not yet serviced and returned back to me.. The warranty period is up to september 2018. Shivanna, the incharge of this branch, is saying that, the concerned person has gone for a marriage and will inform as soon as it is serviced.
