Meesho — Not got refund | |||
I am katravath Vijaya I have booked 1 saree from Meesho which was delivered by xpressbees. I paid amount Rs. 1435 in online but it was not reflected on time so delivery agent (delivery boy) took cash from me. Later that amount got debited from my account. So I paid twice for single product. I have complained multiple times but no proper response from Company. They already confirm this with delivery agent on call with meesho customer support they agreed that I have paid twice. Please find the below details, Product delivered - 15 th June 2021 Product booked - 8th June 2021 Order ID on Meesho site - #[protected] Amount deducted- Rs.1435 From last 5 months I am continues taking follow up but no proper response.
