Meesho — Pickup done but refund not initiated | |||||
I had initiated return for 2 items from Meesho. And the pickup was done on 19th October5:45pm of both items by Xpressbees executive along with another pickup request which was marked picked up but not other two. The executive didn't provide any return slip nor any message of successful pickup was sent to my registered mobile number. Next day the executive came again and asked for same items as I mentioned to him that it was picked up already yesterday. He marked it as picked up not done as shipment picked up by other courier which means the shipment was picked up already a day before. I contacted meesho 3 4 times and registered the complaint but no action as been taken as such. Their customer service is too bad. they make us wait for 20 mins every time we call. Meesho is asking for return pickup slip or sms but expressbees do not give any pickup slip. I want my refund to be done as soon as possible as already 10days have passed for this issue. There are two items worth 660rs and 407rs and it's a loss for me because I do not have the items nor the refund has been initiated. This is complete fraud from meesho and the pickup service. My product was picked up by xpressbees delevery boy on 22_10_203 at 2pm and 10days gone I don't get my refund they told show us pickup slip but xpressbees boy don't give me any slip according this pickup 10days I wait I don't get my refund fruad from messho 😡😡
