Meesho — Product not delivered,, charges not refunded, false confirmation from customer care

I had ordered dates and fig via order I'd[protected]_1 and[protected]_2. I paid for the dates and fig cash on delivery but when I opened box only fig was there. When I call customer care they disconnect the call or give false confirmation that amount has been refunded . Please look into this and resolve
