Meesho — Regarding the delay of return pickup of the product

Hi. I've ordered a black Saree for my customer in Meesho. They are not satisfied with the quality of that Saree. So customer wants to return. I've raised a return request for that Saree which is handled by Ecom express. Return request is approved. It is still not picked up. Please pick up the order as soon as possible because they are leaving the city within 2 days. We couldn't contact you through call also. If contacting through call you're not responding clearly. Very upset. Please help us. Please pick up the return soon. Or please send the delivery boy number.
