            There is no internet service since the past five hours and instead of actually fixing the issue I got a mail saying that we had a telephonic conversation and as per the same the issue is resolved when there weren't any calls and neither is my internet service working. The funny part is I just renewed the service for this month and this connectivity issue occurs frequently. I don't understand the point of having these customer care teams when complaint resolution is not even a goal. Highly disappointed.

              I'm a user of meghbela broadband. My username is: sayan1_sh and contact no: [protected]. I've taken meghbela broadband connection one month ago, for first few days the internet was stable but after that it has become a big issue. Almost everyday 2-3 times my internet connection gets lost. I cannot use the internet. Some times the connection gets lost for over 4-5 hours. Now i'm regretting by choosing meghbela broadband. The negative reviews are becoming true why everyone tells not to choose meghbela broadband. And your customer service is very poor. You guys don't take calls, and my bandwidth plan is 60mbps then why do get speed only 3-4mbps, speed is slow too. I've lodged complain on their website 3 times but they do not respond at all. Even now for over 4 hours i'm not able to use the broadband the connection is lost. I had to recharge my mobile data to lodge complain.

                I, santanu banerjee, a customer of meghbela isp. My user name is santanu_mtcn. I have been paying the money for 60 mbps speed but i am not getting that actually... Connection is very poor and fluctuating... Almost everyday morning i can see there is no internet connection... After communicating with them they give excuses like.. Their fiber optic cable has torn... But all are #... They give this excuse in ever occasion... Inspire of taking the plan of 60 mbps speed, i only get a speed of 5-15 mbps... And highest speed that i have experienced 28 mbps.in fact after calling they sometime misbehave.

                  Very bad internet speed, i live in westbengal, durgapur-03, courtmore, naimnagar and i pay around 600/- month for an internet connection of 6-mbps, but lately i am not getting even getting 1 mbps, today i got frustrated watching videos on 480p which once i used to see in 1080p, i checked my internet speed in fast.com where i saw my internet speed which was 170-200 kbps max, even my cellular data is much faster although it has a data-limit and even costs 555/- for 3 months, i feel a lot of money is getting wasted... Very disappointing!

                    slow speed and frequent connectivity issue

                    I have been using their internet services since march 2018 and used to used to have no internet service atleast for two days a week and since the past one year it has become worse. The internet speed has slowed down and also there is no network for at least 5-6 hours and at times for 12 hours at a stretch and this happens almost everyday or every other day. I am getting tired of having to mail them everyday and although the issue is resolved...

                    I am a long time user of this provider just because no other provider was facilitating at my local area.

                    Its been from long the speed is inconsistent and if 60mbps plan is bought the speed is 20mbps and i recently recharged with 100mbps plan the speed is 60mbps.

                    There is always a drop of 40 to 50mbps than that of the speed promised during sales, with such a huge sum of money i had paid.

                    The service is also very bad and i am suffering a lot with this terrible service.

                    Kindly help me with the issue.

                      In durgapur west bengal near reliance mall and gurudwara road they provide very bad packages like 6 mbps for rs.540 with very very unstable network where as in other area they provide 30 mbps for rs.590. Where as benachity where they provide less speed is the main place with a hudge population. Moreover they net is very unstable and frequently gives timeout.

                        I am using megbela brodband internet network and according to the internet package i have purchased the internet speed should be 60mbps whereas i am not getting more than 15mbps please look in to this matter or i will have to switch my internet network from megbela brodband to another company...

                          To whom it may concern,

                          It's been more than 24 days since cable broadband is out of service. I have been trying to call customer care but the number remains busy throughout. I have tried contacting local service provider but he is not responding to my calls. He kept on misguided throughout.
                          Local cable operator has taken monthly recharge amount which is more than the actual recharge value.
                          He told us that he is recharging higher value package which for i was paying him, but the actual fact was he cheated us with that & recharged with base package worth rs.472.

                          When i came to know through the online account of mine, i asked him & he said, this business is not registered by his name & he has taken it from another distributor, to that i asked him to show invoice. Every business should have the invoice which is a mandatory for any business & taxation.
                          He couldn't show that to me.
                          He lied throughout & it's been more than 2 years he cheated us.

                          Now the situation is that he is not working on getting the connection fixed since 20th may'20, cable broadband is out of order.

                          I am clueless about this, he takes an extra amount of rs. 120 from us as service charge on recharge packing value of rs.472+120 (Service charges) & this is what he gives the service.

                            Worse quality of service:

                            I am using this connection since last 2 months and i have always faced issues with this connection. I have registered for a plan of 9mbps connection, but i have never received the bandwidth or the speed that was promised to me. On top of that the local operator in our area (Shibtala, dhandabag, durgapur, wb - 713203) does not pick up the phone when called for complaints. I want a full refund of my installation amount of rs3000/-, as i know that the company cannot provide me the promised bandwidth. Also, since 27th may, i have not been able to use my internet connection at all. Yesterday it was down completely and local operator did not answer my calls. Also there is an online number +[protected] which never gets connected. My user id is s_debnath_15

                              Hi,

                              I am using this service is been 2 years and just because of we have old relation with cable guys we kept the internet service from them. However now a days its just pathetic, from last 9 days don't have the internet and even don't get any notification regarding the same however I usually get notification for renewal.
                              Calling the service provided person again and again however no response. I know there was Amphan thunder storm however that was on 20th May after that 9 days are over. Paying rs 590/- per month, would there will be any discount. The answer is no. Now the time has come to change the supply.

                                  From 1st february this broadband is providing very bad bandwidth and packet loss aways above 20 to 30 %. I complained about it to our provider and the company given support number but no one given any positive responce. At this point whenever i was going for renew my package they say its gonna fix in 2 to 3 working day till now its 2 months 10 days. Is this how they do buisness is this what i paid for i dont think so. I dont know how many more days its gonna take to fix but i think this company should be banned from market this is too much trash to take in a time like this. I think someone should take action against them that will be much appreciated

                                    Literally the worst connection in terms of consistency, customer care, speed and everything that a person expects from optical fiber broadband connection.
                                    Customer care never receives calls.
                                    Continuous packet loss
                                    High ping in popular games (When asked to resolve, the operator asks for ip of game client which is impossible to retrieve)
                                    Doesn't buffer twitch streams at even 480pixel
                                    Connection goes out regularly at midnight and comes back after 15 minutes
                                    The only reason for using this # connection is because the is no other connection in my locality
