Hi,

I am using this service is been 2 years and just because of we have old relation with cable guys we kept the internet service from them. However now a days its just pathetic, from last 9 days don't have the internet and even don't get any notification regarding the same however I usually get notification for renewal.
Calling the service provided person again and again however no response. I know there was Amphan thunder storm however that was on 20th May after that 9 days are over. Paying rs 590/- per month, would there will be any discount. The answer is no. Now the time has come to change the supply.

Now its been few Minutes spoke with Surajit Banerjee a representative of Meghbala broadband, he was rude and informed me to find the address to complaint, he would not tell. Worst service. Recommended to no one.

      From 1st february this broadband is providing very bad bandwidth and packet loss aways above 20 to 30 %. I complained about it to our provider and the company given support number but no one given any positive responce. At this point whenever i was going for renew my package they say its gonna fix in 2 to 3 working day till now its 2 months 10 days. Is this how they do buisness is this what i paid for i dont think so. I dont know how many more days its gonna take to fix but i think this company should be banned from market this is too much trash to take in a time like this. I think someone should take action against them that will be much appreciated

      And also there is no speed in high seeding torrent or in any peering website or software

        Literally the worst connection in terms of consistency, customer care, speed and everything that a person expects from optical fiber broadband connection.
        Customer care never receives calls.
        Continuous packet loss
        High ping in popular games (When asked to resolve, the operator asks for ip of game client which is impossible to retrieve)
        Doesn't buffer twitch streams at even 480pixel
        Connection goes out regularly at midnight and comes back after 15 minutes
        The only reason for using this # connection is because the is no other connection in my locality

          I tried doing an online recharge through the website of meghbela broadband on 4.11.2019 and an amount of 542.8 was debited from my account but the transaction got failed.so i contacted the officials they said that they will refund within seven days but still it is pending.and the company has also confrimed that the amount has been credited to there account.please look into the matter.

              I have a cable tv connection of meghbela.

              Meghbela's local cable operator (Lco) collects money from me without producing meghbala's official bill, invoice or receipt.

              I suspected that, following introduction of the new system of billing after december, 2018,, the lco is charging me more than what meghbela actually charges.

              I requested the lco to furnish me meghbela's official bills/invoices for checking. But, they say that meghbela is not providing them with any bill.

              I wrote to meghbela.
              Meghbela wrote me back, advising me to collect bills only from the lco.

              I suspect connivance.

              Most unfortunate that despite you having notified Meghbala of the issue of non supply of official receipts of the payments made to it, and three reminder mails from my side, Meghbela has not yet taken any action.

              This is serious complaint and I would request you to write strongly to Meghbela as receiving money without issuing due receipts is a legal offense.

              It seems, Meghbela did not give any value to your notice.
              They have not yet let me have the money receipts asked for.
              Strange!
              Tkt[protected]----- internet connection have gone out till 17 days(on or after 11.30 pm)---both meghbela broadband ([protected]@meghbelabroadband.com) and my cable operator have continiously harras me till today.Kindly take necessery action against them and oblige.

                It is very unfortunate that the service provider in my area vishal broadband/vinayak broadband is not give any cognizance after lodging verbal complaint with them since yesterday regarding net not working/connection not available. They simply/casually inform that after one or two hour it will be connected, but since yesterday till now the net connection not available. Would you please guide me how it will be resolved, or it is beyond your control. A line in confirmation is solicited because the work is hampering.

                  I am using a connection of meghbela broadband from march 2016 through an local operator. During april 2019 it came to my knowledge that they are collecting excess amount from me by submitting false hand written bills and upon asking for the bills with gst details... They are denying to provide the same... I am chasing meghbela office at kolkata for last 20 days over mail and phone.. But they are not cooperating... I want my excess amount to be refunded and appropriate bills with gst to be submitted to me by meghbela.

                    I have bought star hindi package on 12/02/2019 from meghbela digital as per new trai rules. My cable card no. Is[protected] and stb no. Is 5435021. Initially the package was activated but soon after activation the package stopped and it is given that package has been removed. It has stopped working since 3 days from 12/02/2019. When i tried to contact cable operator mr. Debabrata (Contact no. - [protected]), he is saying that it's not my fault and i cannot do anything about it. He is saying it's trai s fault. I am now in complete helpless position. Kindly help me in getting the star package as i have already paid for it

                      I am a meghbela digital customer. As per the new dth rule i visit there office to select my pack. I told them about my choice in channels. I selected 10 paid channels and i told them to remove 10 fta channels and to add those 10 pay channels in the position of 10 fta channels for not to paid the additional ncf of rs. 20. But they said that we can't do that. You have to pay the additional ncf. I told them this the rule by trai. They said we know that but you have to pay the additional ncf. So they are not following the rules. Please solve this asap because they also removed all channels so i have select my pack of channels asap.

                        My internet connection was stop few month,, but ip was fine.. My issues of fake charge of ip... No given any received for i am pay for ip.. 500/- rupees.. Meghbela service chiting my self,, my old ip is work,, but he said he give me new ip,, but northing new ip install my computer,, but this local service is charge for new ip??

                        Ek ip ke liye kitne bar charge lega??

                          I am a musician and all of my works involve around internet and my clients worldwide . Now this amazing internet service here is always ###. Every time I complain to the local service provider I am presented with lame excuses of server speed is updated every night at midnight. Guess what you scoundrels, there is no improvement in speed. If I want to watch movies online, the video would pause even in 240p settings. I am absolutely at my wit's end and I will take this to higher authority if needed. My business my earning solely depends on my clients from abroad. Today, 14th may, the inter is down since morning (it is 5 pm) now. I have gone through a business loss because I couldn't connect to internet to my clients. I have lost so much revenue because of this disgusting internet service. When it comes to renewal of the package at the end of the month you bloody mingers, take money as whole of my package, shamelessly and without even any reparcation. How illiterate, low class and filthy slum ### can you get ? You should be banned from providing anything to consumers like us. Disappointed and utterly annoyed at all of these. Will not suggest this provider to anyone.

                            My plan is south bengal spice jet and since three days i have been facing low speed issues. It is in the name of rajesh bhatt.
                            I have called before too in the month of february and was told that some issues need fixing. For some days it was fine and then again the videos buffer even on youtube. I have called the local operator here and he also asked me to complain directly.

                            Please help me with this issue.

                            Very slow torrent speed. On high seeders and peers also, the speed is 500kbps. The torrents start at high speed but the speed gradually decreases until it reaches the 500kbps mark. Registered a complaint, still no action has been taken

                                User is raju1_ccon. I've complained about it earlier. Data loss is always high. Why is this so, i'm having troubles with online gaming, video calls, and all the services which require a constant data transmission and reception. I'm a regular customer. If possible look into the matter. Data losses are not common these days. Everyone provides a good service including meghbela itself. But these troubles are making the services bad. I hope the complain will be read by someone and necessary solution will come out to tackle these problems.

                                  Plz improve your connection service within this week
                                  I pay for the service at a monthly rate, but everyday the internet is down for around 3-4 hrs on average... Moreover i get around 170 ping constant, wheras alliance digital claims to give around 100-120 ping. Plz either improve ur services, or get ready to loose your customers... Its that simple.. Most of your customers in durgapur are online gamers, and we demand and reqquire a stable and lag free internet connection, which you people are unable to provide!

                                    Sir i beg to state that from 6th july 2016 i am not able to use my net not by wifi nor by directly i have rang to your helpline no. but they are unable to solve my problem.
                                    They adviced me to re install lan adapter as my lan is taking a wrong isp by default.
                                    Pinging shows earlier when called customer care on 6/9/16:
                                    Pinging 192.168.129.1
                                    Pinging 192.168.0.100 destination not unreachable.
                                    But
                                    On 7/9/16 shows
                                    Pinging 192.168.129.1
                                    Pinging 192.168.129.155 destination host unreachable.
                                    Further while trying to open pmpl official webpage it says
                                    The website took long to respond
                                    And doing trouble shooting gives
                                    The computer is connected to wifi but the dns server is unreachable.
                                    Please help me to get rid of this problem or otherwise i will be forced to change my internet service provider.

                                      I am using pmpl internet connection since last 2-3 yrs, it was bad since then, but now its worst. The fees has been increased but most of the time internet remains down. Local and remote customer service or technician dont even entertain to resolve the issue. Its going on its own, very poor and worst broadband connection without any service. Pathetic and unreliable, I am going to change isp if the issue persists.

                                      when i investigate the solution of this i found you block the proxy of torrentz.eu
                                      In last two week i try to open torrentz.eu but i the website cannot loading.After sometime the realode option is apeard.
                                      User is raju1_ccon. whereas my isp provider is 103.193.88.237. packet loss is always at least 10%, where it reach at its peak in afternoon hours nearly upto 45%. i have complained about it months ago it was fixed, and now it is back again. service is always degrading.

                                        This is Rajarshi Mondal from Basirhat, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal. Here I would like to mention about the Meghbela broadband service that is available as a internet service provider. But it is very unfortunate that they don't provide well service that they should be. Mostly we don't get any internet support while needed, but exceptionally always available to collect the monthly charge. I didn't get any internet service 22nd, May to till date. I tried to call service provider so many times. But we didn't get any help. Instead of helping us, they are trying change my service into more expensive one, where I have to pay almost Rs. 4000 money which I don't need. Although I already paid Rs.630 at the beginning of the month. I shall be grateful if you kindly look into the matter and and take a step against the service provider.
