Customer from Uttarpara, most of the time there is no connectiviy, customer service is poor, the speed of internet is around 10% of which was promised.Whenever we call the service provider or agency o[censored]ttarpara they either don't receive our calls ar either put our call on hold.Please look into this matter or I have to take legal actions against the company and agency because I feel like I am being cheted by the company

My Wifi is not working for the last 4 days. I kept calling the ISP for 2 days he dis not pick up. After 2 days he picks up and says now is puja holidays. Cant help for the next 5 days.
Is this some kind of joke?
My work is getting hampered.

      Way "worst" service, you guys think that you run a company which can attain good feedback? Hell no!Your connection is damn! Slow actually turtle can run faster than you internet speed.More than half of the time there is no server and after that there is a speed issue, how can i forget your "beautiful service replies from your customer care" loser you guys are its like what the hell i did that i got a connection of your company.

      Meghbela Broadband — Torrent Speed

      From one month i am geeting very low speed in torrent... i am using pmpl broadband... frm this month it is giving worst speed 50-70kbps...plz fix this as soon as possible..

      whenever i try to download any torrent file, in the tracker section o[censored]torrent. it shows no UDP connection. i am getting speeds as low as 9 kbps for past few days. please solve this problem immedietly

        HI, Problem regarding Link Speed, whenever i connect LAN Directly to my Desktop i need to change Link Speed to 10mb/half Duplex, its not working in auto or in any other mode like 100mb full, but the problem is when i trying to connect with router its automatically connect in 100mb full duplex, as i cannot edit link speed in router, due to that i am getting ping loss issue, as PMPL not provide 100mb full duplex. I need a proper solution for this as soon as possible.

          I am not in a position to book a single ticket at 8 a.m.through my net (my home IP address 192.168.76.4) consequently two days i.e.on 25th & 26th June, 2015 as quoted "You are permitted only 2 ARP tickets between 08:00 Hrs to 10:00 hrs per IP address." I was compelled to book another IP address net to book my ticket, reasons of which may be clarified.             There are no proper package details available on official websites. Local cable operators charges customers as they wish. I have to pay rs 600 for and 512kbps unlimited plan where another customer pays rs 500 for same package. They doesn't not gives any printed bill or cash receipt memo. I live here in 30A bus stand are of DUMDUM and no other broadband options are available due to understanding of local cable operators.

              I am using the broadband service for my desktop without router. The service providers work on fix hours which makes it even more difficult to work at night times. It is a serious issue as I work from home using this and don't get adequate service. everyday night i hav to call ur service center for help and 1 ans change ur duplex and wait i[censored] cant give proper solution for this i will stop from this month my user id === spn_ucn

                Hi, This is to inform that Meghbela broadband are ripping off people money smartly.They flash in their plans about the internet speed but when tested they do not provide the speed that was promised, I am using jet silver economy plan which provides a speed of 512kbps of speed whereas the delivered speed to me is provided with 300kbps and never exceed that speed and the torrent speed with good leecher seeder ratio doesn't exceed to 30kbps. Whereas the connection gets disconnected in every one hour or two. I requested them to come up with online bill payment solution but it doesn't seem to bother them as their vision of harassing customer would stop. And the worst part is, You can shout all you want mail all you want but they never appreciate feedback.

                  I am PMPL broadbrand user.Complain against PMPL broadbrand Service Kolkata. Very poor service at Jadavpur Central Park area. The service people have arrogant behavior. Very much disappointing. I am really harassed and humiliated over phone. Do not get any support. Give bluffing every time that engineers will come. But to day they are saying "we cannot give you any time, you close the account". Please help me to recoved my money. I am advising everyone not to take PMPL connection at Jadavpur area Kolkata. I am requesting all engineering students to avoid this connection. Behavior of customer care people are very rough. Some of them do not have adequate knowledge. Worst service.Better to use Reliance or Airtel or MTS donggle

                    dear sir, I paid Rs. 786 for my connection. My normal download and upload speed have to 1 mbps maximum. But what about my torrent speed??? Is this not my problem that it is not going over 115 kbps?? Some proofs are attached with this complain. This is the first time I am using Meghbela Broadband.I have complained many time over phone to my ISP and also customer care. But they are not replying with a satisfying answer. Really speaking, this is the most worst class of speed I ever seen. I used Alliance Broadband and Wishnet Broadband, but your torrent speed is worst than anyone. If you cant solve this problem within 2 days it will be the last time I am using Meghbela.

                      My userID is ayan_mb. I have continuously informed the service team that, I am not getting my torrent speed. But they are saying over 3 months the work for torrent speed is under progress. What kind of service is this, that could not be resolved over 3 months. Is this kind of joke or something!!! I am using 512 MBPS bandwith but the torrent speed for high pearing downloads gives me only 50 kbps speed. Not only that when I said that, I paid for torrent speed to the service, they said only the band-with speed can provide. Not responsible if torrent speed is not there. What is this? We are using this connection only for torrent speed. So I have definitely pay for it. Also I have complaint the service person to repair my lan wire pin. I have call them for three weeks, submit complain to local meghbala. But they are not taking any initiative on it. Is the company for annoying the customers for their horrible service. Are they are realy there to give service?? Who have so much money to waste on calling them for their service and get nothing in return.

                        Hello meghbela broadband i am a user of your service. My user name is SR172. But I’m not satisfied with your services and customer care services. The customer care executive has suppose me to loss my data via remote control when I’m calling him for bad torrent speed and now she tell me that she just take a complain for my problem after everything deleting what is this nonsense happen to me.. Otherwise they didn't give me any package details price list so how can i understand that my operator cheated me or not. And except this i didn't get any receipt from my operator after paying the amount in every month for my packages and also for the 1st time security money and registration fees. I can’t find any suitable answer for these questions that’s why I’m written it to you...Thank you...

                          It is very easy in your system to know someone's ip and mac address and through some software's help we can also get the user name.some one is using may mac address and ip and password for using my net.Your system is very unsecure.If meghbela can provide password change option then it will fulfil every thing. Please look into these matter as soon as possible.

                            I have been using the broadband service for my laptop and desktop through router. The connection often breaks within 1 hour and don't reconnect itself. I need to constantly call the service providers. The service providers work on fix hours which makes it even more difficult to work at night times. It is a serious issue as I work from home using this and dont get adequate service. The bill is paid on time however the service is very downgraded. I stay in Dum Dum. Please take this complaint seriously and action on it

                              Again I am complaining for slow torrent speed. I downloaded some high seeding torrent such as movies, game but I got slow speed like 100 to 300 kbps. At first sometimes I got speed more than 5 mbps but now I am not getting that speed. Please improve it I am paying the money only for torrents...Thanks

                              VERY SLOW DOWNLOAD SPEED

                              I purchased N1_Jet Silver Economy (Spcl) package. but download speed is 34 to 44 kbps in day time and 75kbps at night time. Very slow speed. I want download speed upto 1 or 2 mbps. Please help me.

                                I purchase “JET Classic” plan form Meghbela Broadband. Now the package plan according to http://meghbelabroadband.com/package.html is that there will be a speed of 256 kbps all day and at night upto 2 mbps (12A.M.-8A.M.) But after a little talk with Meghbela customer support they conform that my plan is fixed plan and it will be 256 kbps all the time. And I will not get a speed of 2 mbps (12A.M.-8A.M.) I have sent email to Meghbela Broadband but they just don't care to reply. Please support & help me if you are facing same problem and the raise this issue.

                                I am having the same problem, but they didn't listening. At night I should get 2Mbps, only I am getting 512Kbps.Helpdesk said ask local cable operator for details of the plan and vice-versa.

                                  Myself Indranil, I am a PMPL broadband user. Since last few days some websites like www.facebook.com etc are not opening at some point to time in day and night, not exact known which time. I work in day time and when I get home back I am usually hope my connection will be fine, I am paying a lot for the connection. I complaint similar problem when I had previous package then I upgraded package and still not much changed. I cant always ring phone on customer care number and sometimes the phone rings but no one responds. Very disappointed with the service. If I don't get a quick solution of these minor problems I will switch to any other broadband company. I used this PMPL broadband line for long time, I hope my problems to be resolved ASAP.

                                  Service of Meghbela broadband is very bad. I am facing similar problem for last one month and I am not able to ues internet. It is extremely slow. I have made several complain, but customer service is not responding. My customer id is 047564.
                                  I will move out to some service provider if not resolved within this weekend.
                                  I am having similar issues here . facebook opens but it takes longer than it is supposed to .It has been a week now, download speed on torrents has dropped significantly . regular download speed never crosses 100, on an average it hovers around 40kBps. there is no technical glitch . there has been none . It has been only a month I have shifted to meghbala Broadband . To my great disappointment, I have faced speed related troubles often . and umm, , , I went through complaints here, meghbala CC didnt deign to reply . Worst CC Service .

                                    Hi, Myself Debopriyo Banerjee, having username (ac_debapriyo) one of your customers (not for long), is fed up of this pep-talks & bluffs of your dealers from ranikuthi (moore avenue). I have been promised the following advantages from PMPL, 450/- monthly package where i am eligible of getting 256kbps speed in normal hrs. but doubles (512kbps) from 8pm to 6am. Never in my life till I had this broadband speeded upto 25kbps (for normal download & not for torrent download). Your agents suggested that this 256kbps speed will be divided by 8 & the remainder is my data speed. I was not given proper information as to why it is divided & why the hell I'm not getting what I have been promised.

                                      Hello my name is Anirban Saha, i am staying at laketown kolkata, I am
                                      using Meghbela broadband for internet usage, they told me that if i am
                                      using 256 kbps connection they will provide me minimum 30-35 kbps speed
                                      in single link, but now when i download any thing from single link, i am
                                      getting 10-15 kbps, i called the customer care they told me its
                                      temporary issue as soon as possible they trying to fixed it, but i
                                      faceing this problem since last 2 months, and my 2 nd complain is that
                                      as per TRAI rules all ISP should keep maintain minimum broadband speed
                                      512 kbps, all internet service provider maintain this rules apart from
                                      Meghbela broadband, so sir my humble request is that pls take an action
                                      against this,

                                        I called your customer service and there behaviour was very very bad, if this continues your consumers will reduce very soon. As a customer I felt I should convey there misbehavior to the authority. And When i tried to tell them about the slow speed they banged the phone and disconnected the line. This is not something a consumer expects from such a reputed Broadband Service Provider.
