[Resolved] Merging Star Holidays — No Service support as per the contract

I have joined merging star holiday's package of 5 years in Dec'22. Validity of the package was started from Jan'23 and from Jan'23 i have been paying EMI for my package. contract states that we have to reach merging star team for any support of hotel and flight bookings. but no response received from their sales person Mr. Shehbaz. chasing them from last 10 days. I am not even sure if they will fullfil the promises as done at the time of contract. We were also committed for free flight booking by merging star for our 1st trip. Jul 27, 2023 Complaint marked as Resolved I have got the response from their team and got call from both shehbaz and there back office team from number +91 7841-069487…hoping to get my future queries to be resolved by merging star without any hassle…every customer money is there hardwork earning and hoping in future they will try not to create panic to clients…as of now i am expecting detailed support from merging star by tomorrow as they hve promised…
