    Yesterday (1/2/19) i had booked meru cab at your counter in new delhi terminal 2 arrival. Attaching the slip, along with otp sms and immediate registration in the sms link. But, i have not yet received the bill.

    Your phone 44224422 not working. Without bill i am unable to claim from my employer. If you dont send bill by tomorrow, i am taking up with consumer forum for mental agony and monetary loss.

      Please refer my complaint against one cab driver name mohd tarik of taxi no mh 03 f 9945 who took a long route in order to get the more fare. I referred the complaint to you vide acknowledge number id: 2158605 but we have not received any reply till now.
      It shows the efficiency of the meru cab company. This driver should be well counselled that not to take a longer route in an expectation of earning higher amount by giving the excuse of traffic jam which is a common phenomena now a days. He should be honest enough to be in this taxi business.
      As the management has not taken any action against the driver, he may be harassing so many passengers every day as he is found to be a dishonest cab driver. It is a management fault who does not prefer to take any action
      Hope, meru company will be much proper managed company. (Action without delay is the secret of the efficiency)

        I hired a cab on 01 dec 18 from bengluru airport to asc centre and college which is approx 38 kms. The other officers paid a fair of rs 900 whereas my cab covered a distance of 51kms and charged me rs 1178. I will face problem in reimbursement of my money from my account office.

        Hired dist - 51.4 where it should not be more than 40kms.

          We booked meru cab from santacruz airport (T2 terminal) to thane majiwada on 22nd november at 17 hours.
          It was taxi number : mh 03 f 9945, receipt no mm417f19c0, driver name: mohd tarik, sub mobile :[protected].
          During booking at airport it was told us to pay rs. 700/-. After entering at our complex, we paid rs. 700/- as per the advise. The driver with full of "gutka" in his mouth showed us his mobile where it was mentioned rs.808/- and he was insisting to pay that amount.
          We were strict to our point that we would only listen the advise of the meru cab who instructed us to pay only rs.700/- although it was a higher amount. (By autorickshaw, it comes around rs.280/- to 310/-)
          At airport the driver asked us which route to follow to go to thane. As the shortest route, i told to go via seepz, powai iit and eeh. He told"there is very high traffic jam". I told him to go according to his own route as i knew that i need to pay maximum of rupees 700/- only.
          He took the longer route via vakola, then again towards airport, kurla, ghatkopar and eeh. (It is the most popular route by the cab drivers from the airport to thane due to the longer route. The traffic jam is higher in this route too).
          Hence his meter was charging higher and he was asking the higher amount. Ultimately i was strict to my points and paid him rs.700/- only.
          This driver should be taught to be honest in this profession and the meru company must be strict to these rogue drivers that to pay according to the instructions. The drivers must not be taken on the longer routes to fool the passengers. Now a days, every day, every where, there is traffic jam.
          Hope meru company will counsel this driver who is a well build body man

              I have book meru cab . The driver confirm the ride. And when i suppose to call driver he says that i am coming in 5 minutes . After 5 minutes driver is not receiving the call. I have called many times he didnt receive the call. And i get a call from the meru cab that you cancel the ride. Wow it seems to be very surprise. Driver deniyed the call and not coming for pickup

                I was in delhi airport terminal 2 on 21/10/18 rand 7 pm. I booked a meru cab to go to swati delux hotel at karol bagh for which one otp came in my mobile no. But after arriving the destination the driver told to pay rs 709/. I asked for bill, hr told it will be sent in ur mobile but till now i didn’t get the bill. This is the official tour so i have to submit the bill. Kindly provide me the bill. Otp is 69219, date 21/10/18, time 7 pm

                  Date of incident is October 30, 2018;
                  time of incident is 9-10 am;
                  while gotting down from the cab, left the prada glasses in the cab and called customer care immediately in ten minutes. tired calling them the whole day but no on picked up and there was no one from MERU to take up the cause;
                  I want my expensive PRADA glasses back, else I will file a complaint to consumer forum, city civil/sessions court;
                  if you can not find the glasses give me the amount that is due for the item lost.
                  this is so unprofessional causing mental agony

                  In the cab ride that I took today, I had lost my expensive Prada sunglasses. Have been contacting the customer care but it's just a mockery, no one picks up. I want my glasses back or the money spent in purchasing it. Have tried to call them for hours by now and not a single response has been initiated

                    We always trusted meru more than any other cab service provider but this time this was highly unprofessionalism. We booked cab to bangalore airport one day in advance (Ie. 18 oct 2018). Cab was scheduled for 7.30 am
                    We received a call from meru at 7.15 am mentioning cab is cancelled as there is no availability and was asked to book from other cab services.
                    This was unnecessary stress meru has given us. Getting cabs in morning is usually difficult. I am done i will never book any cab from meru.

                      I booked the meru cab well in advance. I received a call from meru call centre at 6.20 am, saying that the cab is late and the driver will reach your destination within 5 minutes and so it should've reached by 6.35 am instead of 6.30 am.

                      Even after repeated calls to cab driver and meru call centre, cab arrived at 7.10 am.

                      And because of this irresponsible behaviour i missed my flight and had to book another one which costed me 16k.

                      Your driver and his tardy attitude is responsible for me missing my flight.

                      Meru cab service is obligated to reimburses the financial loss i incurred.

                        The driver charged 100rs more from me. I booked meri cabs for the first time. After the ride he told that the bill is 988 and took 1000 rs. He said i will receive a message after 15-20 minutes and not now. But later when i received the mail it was of 888. The driver charged 100 rs. More from me. It's a cheating and this has disappointed the rider and created a very negative image.. Do look into this. I took the cab on 9th september. From t3 terminal delhi to east of kailash around 12:20a. M.

                          The cab i took this morning from mumbai airport was in a absolute bad condition. The car was very old and not maintained at all. The whole car was shaking towards side ways. Highly risky to travel in such age old non maintained car.

                            On 25 july 2018 at 11.0d pm i hired a merucab fro delhi airport terminal 1
                            Car no: dl1rta 2946 otp no:28569. The car was in a bad condition, unable to
                            Move at speed higher than 10kmph but suddenly go beyond 50kmph. The driver was sleepy and i had a real fear that he would crash the car any time. His driving was erratic because the car was in bad condition and he was sleepy. Pl remove such cars from your pool. Also send the receipt for my payment.

                              Dear Sir,
                              I booked vehicle from Rajaji nagar Bengaluru to International Airport on dated 19.7.2018. The estimated fare shown on website is Rs. 712. When driver came at spot, i had get call from mumbai office [protected]. Driver said press no. 1 for this call. Later on when we reached to destination( airport) he asked for Rs. 1160. I asked him for receipt from MERU, He was not able to show...later on by contionous follow up he send following receipt (PFA receipt) .. Which i found invalid. I request to see into matter and refund the extra amount.

                                Hello everyone,
                                Today i have experienced very worst behaviour from meru cab drivers @ 13th may 2018. I have booked 3 cabs for a people of 12members and the amount was 210rs one driver took the same amount while the other two cab drivers charged 1200rs each finally they accepted taking amount of 370rs for each cab which is about 740rs. When i questioned them they were arguing without showing any e-receipt or either they have not even shown their phone which indicates how much money we have to pay.. They also behaved very rudely... Meru cab team these kind of drivers are making your company’s image down. I am attaching the pics for your consideration.. I hope you take severe action on both the cab drivers...

                                  Today morning may 10th 2018, my husband took meru from airport around 4 am terminal 3. The receipt was around 650 rupees (Exact amount dont remember) and deop was for devender vihar sector 56. When my husband reached home, the driver asked for 1100/- rupees and started given reason of gst and late night charges extra. My husband is not a local and booked meru for the first time as ola and uber were not connecting. Exhausted from journey and overwhemled witharguing nature of the driver, he gave up and gave driver his demanded amount.
                                  What a cheat and dadagiri service is this!!! Upon asking for the receipt the driver sisnt even provide him with it. I am annoyed and pissed when came to know about it. I want an action to be taken on this!!!

                                    One of the worst services i have recieved in my life.ive been travelling for 20 years now and this bugger has the audacity to play around by not switching on the AC, no road sense at all and rude behaviour, has no manners how to talk to customers, its like he is doing me a favour, i would never use this kind of service and also would advise other passengers kindly boycott merucabs.

                                      I booked a meru cab, scheduled at 3 in the morning. I paid it while booking itself.
                                      I didn't get any cab, at 3:30 i got bill, asking for the feedback of my ride.

                                      I paid 577, and no cab showed up, i got no call too and on top of it i received a statement stating my trip is completed.

                                      It's ridiculous! How could a trip which has not started got completed. And i was charged for that too.

                                        Booked the cab for 8:30 am to airport. Had booked it in advance, previous night. However, at 8:20 i called up as i didn't get sms. I was told cab is not available. Meru should have informed upfront. Such unreliability is not acceptable. Had it happened at 3 am or so, where would i go. Ridiculous service. Never again meru.
