[Resolved] Meru Cab Company — Charged more | |||
I had booked Meru cabs but without intimation Meru + had arrived. The final bill was double the money than other cabs. I was not travelling in that cab and had booked it for my parents for hospital drop. They were unaware of the charges and paid the money. To escalate this I would have called the customer care 6-7 time but they say someone will call back but the call back never happened. At the end of the day I have wasted money on top it phone calls and time. They should be called something else not customer care. They ignore customers like anything even after calling them 6-7 times. Very pathetic team. Was this information helpful? | |||
