I have booked a cab for my colleagues through Meru mobile app. As per my booking, the charges for that trip is 2600 Rupees. But they have charged 3921 Rupees. They have overcharged 1321 Rupees. When I made calls for more than 150 times, their customer care representatives were cheated me and not given me any proper responses for my calls. Even they are not responding for the emails also.
They have sent email that they have collected overcharge due to the error in the meter and they have given me the discount code to utilize at my next booking as their token of apology. But I was demanding to payback the overcharged amount to my bank account but no one is responding properly.

They are not at all responding for the phone calls.
They are not at all responding for the e-mails after booking. Their customer care is working only for Booking cabs (Pre-Usage and they are not for Post-Usage). Was this information helpful? |
