I travel from Thane to Mumbai domestic airport on 8th May 2017 at early morning by 4:30 driver name is "HARIRAM" cab no-MH 02 WA 9167
Driver is completely uncooperative he was using abusive language in car when we reached to the airport the amount which was display on screen was 599 and the driver asking for 670 so we just ask him how it could be 670? because your display shows 599 then he suddenly start screaming and replied "Aaisa kit kit karne wala customer nahi chahiye" and after that he took a print of bill which was completely messed up and not able to understood exact amount so i again ask him "show me total amount"
he rudely replied go and check the bill in light i don't know where it is written In that bill 35rs added of toll but he doesn't paid any toll he was only screaming at the end airport security staff interrupt and sort out the issue, I told him i complaint against you in your customer support he directly replied "I DON'T CARE DO WHATEVER YOU WANT", this incident was very ignominious for me
This experience was pathetic, driver was completely uncultured, he was illiterate even he doesn't know to respect his customers

Very poor service and on the top bad customer service.
Will never recommend this to anyone.
M going to write much bigger article on the subject in some time as soon as I am able to get hold of my flight
