I have a very bad experience from Meru as a Cab Service provider.
Today I spoke to Meru – Pradnya Kadge @ 03:10 PM & with Ubaid Shaikh @ 03:40 PM on 22.02.2016 regarding my 3rd complaint with Meru.
Also Kavita Raula – Wallet department @ 03:45 PM
In past 3 weeks, I have undergone 3 bad experience from Meru.
Below are the details:
1. On 27.01.2016 – Bangalore Airport to Shivajinagar – I was being charged for 120.00 toll charges & driver took the cash also from me.
2. On 19.02.2016 – Delhi Airport to Mayur Vihar – I was being told that amount has not been deducted from my wallet & the driver took cash. When I saw the mail, amount was deducted from my wallet.
3. On 21.02.2016 – Mumbai Airport to Prarthanasamaj – I took an Airport taxi & took a Sea link route. One-way charge for the Sea link toll is 60.00 & I have been charged for 90.00. I have requested for the tool slip but was denied by the driver that he cannot provide the same.
I need urgent refund of all the excess amount charged to me, refund of the full trip amount towards compensation & apology mail from Team Meru. Was this information helpful? |
Meru Cabs — charged TOLL Fee, even though NO TOLL present
i have booked cab to drop from MARTHAHALLI to HEBBAL, which dont have any TOLL. But when i saw the bill, they charged for TOLL also. Dont know where to raise the complaint.
