Last month on 4th of Jan I’ve booked a cap from this Meru cab app from Puducherry to Dhaneshkodi and I’ve paid in advance for ₹2000 and due to some problems that we couldn’t communicate with the driver cab as he don’t know English I’ve cancel my trip and I got a message that I’ll get my refund after 5-7 working days and I’ve waited for it for like one month and haven’t got any call or message for refund so I’ve file a complaint Against it they told me that I’ll get after 2-3 working days but again and again I’ve been waiting for it till now too they said the same like that so I’m complaining that I want my refund back.
