We senior doctor couple booked meru cab at counter at T2 terminal exit thru MMT code and confirmed everything with lady including all charges. When we reached at taxi the driver demanded extra money and tolls etc, . argued arrogantly joined by other meru drivers and so called very threatening meru security night IC( Ali ) . They all started blaming MMT and meru counter lady and argued with us with humiliation and not bothered attitude, forcing us to book ola in front of them. This attitude, and actions of looting customers at odd hrs is absolutely unacceptable and was cheating. Meru must take action against both security IC and driver so others will not suffer. Taxi no was MH 48 CB 9101 and arrogant security night IC Ali should be taken to task. We came home in half of charges which we were ready to pay to meru, this was very very disheartened experience at odd hrs fir senior people like us. Hope meru looks in to it and improve customer experience.

    We took the cab from blr airport to our location le left just at the mid way just 15 min away from the airport he gave a reason that his breaks are not working and took 1000 rs from us he was not giving out luggage he was running away leaving in the middle of thr highway he told first pay the money then I’ll give ur luggage and we had to book another cab at this time around 8 30 we also have 2 children’s with us this is what happens I want my money back refund it to me

      Mohammed saddam is from meru. Pick me from hyderabad airport in night 9:30 pm. And at 10 pm in middle of the road he force me to get down and pay.
      I paid him to protect my self
      Being a woman how he could do with a girl and force me to get down in middle of the road in night.
      This kind of service u people provide go the customer and women. Wht kind of safty u took for a WOMAN and GIRLS
      NEED MONEY BACK. And he should be punish for his deed.
      Or I will go to POLICE

        Mohammed saddam from meru cab force me go get down in the middle of the road in the night 9:30 pm. And force me to pay for the ride to protect me from him I paid and get down.
        Pls take strict action against him and put fine.

          22nd February we booked cab from airport on meru cab booking office from the number [protected] driver arrived and we boarded in car, driver keep on roaming across the same road in chanakyapuri by telling by the map total distance from airport to chanakyapuri was around 9km but he charges for 13km.
          He charged 1002 from us which was too high.
          Kindly refund my money

            I took a Meru cab on 11 Feb from Delhi airport T2.

            OTP was 43581.

            On arrival at my destination in ND110003, the driver claimed the app was not working as he said he had swiped it by mistake. He then called a number, did not cite the OTP nor his registration number, told me it was Customer Services, and charged me 950 rupees.

            I was surprised as this was more than the fare from the International terminal, for a far shorter duration and distance of ride.

            Subsequently I received no payment confirmation from Meru. It is clear that I was scammed by the driver, who not only charged me a much higher fare, but is also scamming Meru by not showing his trip as completed.

            I would like this driver investigated I would like a report on what happened here, as well of course as any refund due.

              I have landed at Hyderabad International Airport from Tiruchirapalli at 11.00 am, collected my baggage at Belt no.5 and reached your MeruSpot / Counter outside and booked for Taxi to my home at Sanathnagar, Hyderabad. The Taxi is readily available nearby to your MeruSpot/ Counter and I boarded immediately. There was no Wait Time. However, I have paid the taxi fare of Rs.1359.40 as demanded by the Taxi Driver. After sometime I saw a bill message from you on my mobile and surprised to find that you have charged an amount of Rs.286/- towards Airport Parking Charges and tax also.
              Details: Trip date 05.01.2023. Trip Report Receipt no. M52768681. CAB NO.TS29T9815. BOOKING REF NO.63710218. It is unfair to charge Airport Parking Charges as I did not book the taxi on my mobile. I booked it at your counter and immediately boarded. Pl look into it and refund the amount immediately. My name is Venkateswarlu Mandalika and booked through my mobile no.[protected]. But billing happened in the name of Mr.Usha. How this malpractice at you end. Pl refund the excess amount charged towards Airport Parking Charges. of Rs.286./- with tax charged on it immediately. I have paid the amount through my G-pay account.

                  On 12 Dec 2022 morning Around 1:00 AM I took the cab from Delhi Airport Terminal T3 to Gurgaon Sector 92. And I asked price from Meru Cab ticket assistance and He mentioned the Price is 1300 /-. So we sit in the car that was very uncomfortable because in car doesn't have any space in is trunk.

                  So we adjusted and later he just follow his own route and we reached around 2:00 AM to our destination than he asked the bill is generated is 1445 and 100 rs tax. but we are already agreed is 1300 /- before to start.

                  But in night I was with my family so I don't want any fight with him. I paid 1445+100 = 1545 /-

                  But can you please look into incident and can I get my money refund.

                    I took a meru cab today 16 Oct around 4:35 p.m. from airport till electronic city.
                    I specifically told the driver to take from main road and city, but after some time the driver said madam taking from less traffic route and he took me to total outskirts of Bangalore somwhere on Mysore road, in between i asked driver twice, which route is this, where we are going, he kept saying madam less traffic and at around 18:00 also we were lost in our way, the driver took me to some highway outside Bangalore and then forgot the way and kept asking toll guys about the way, after repeatedly telling driver then he followed Google maps and dropped me ta E city around 7:30 p.m., took 3 hours, covered extra km and we passed extra 3 tolls whereas from airport to ecity i get only 2 tolls but i crossed 5 tolls and he charged me Rs 2400 whereas it hardly comes to around Rs 1600 and in worst traffic scenario also it takes 2 hrs only
                    The driver was extremely uncooperative and charged me so extra and i had m
                    y worst ride ever,
                    Will never ever take Meru neither suggest anyone and pls return me my refund of 800 Rs which he charged me extra plus strict action should be taken against such drivers who causes such inconvenience to passengers.
                    My sister was visiting Bangalore first time and what an amazing memory and experience she will be carrying along.
                    People are really brainless and [censored]s.pls take action against them, just destroying reputation of your company. The bill is attached for your reference.
                    I need some action against him and give me my refund, otherwise will take this matter further.

                      I had prebooked an 8 hour cab from Meru Rental for 2nd October 2022 on 30th sep 2022. Name of the driver Sahid Hussain Mazarbhuiya.
                      He behaved rudely and insulted my father, a senior citizen, as well as with me a lady customer and my mother. He was so rude with us that we were forced to leave his cab within 10 mins of boarding. His behavior was obnoxious. We were forced to abort our journey with him.
                      I have used Meru cab previously and have never faced any inconvenience. I would request the authorities to take serious action against such drivers who misbehave with senior citizens and lady customers. It is just not expected!

                        Dear sir/ Madam,
                        I always use Meru Cabs from the airport to my hotel in aerocity.
                        Today I had hired one of your Cabs from the airport. The driver on arival to the pridePlaza hotel
                        Demanded an extra fee of Rs50, - for aero city parking and when I refused as this was not the case, his behavior was extremely rude . I told him that I would have tipped him if he had behaved him myself and he was not scared and I was welcome to take his picture and car registration no he didn’t care.This kind of behavior is not expected from your drivers

                          I traveled from Bangalore Airport to my home on 29th August morning around 6:15 I boarded the cab KA41C2913 and the drivers name is Manjunatha. I did the payment via upi and the money was deducted from my account but the was a delay to reflect in driver's account. He asked me to pay and I paid as cash. LATER I could see that the amount was credited in drivers account but he didn't return it back and I don't have his contact details to talk to him. Request you to do the needful.

                            I had booked Meru reserve for 4 days starting today with booking ID of 62810496 at 7.50 AM.

                            On not getting cab details at 7.55 AM, i called customer care who informed that cab will be now assigned and reach destination after 15 minutes. This is more than 20 minutes delay which has upset my commute for an important meeting.

                            This is extremely poor service from Meru and i would like the amount paid for the reservation refunded back without delay.

                                A most arrogant and stubborn cab no. MH47AS1308 @ 20:48 meru driver obstructing the lane and parking his car and disturbing the pedestrian and other vehicles entering the lane at Handloom house, Fort, Mumbai -400001.
                                Behaving arrogantly and abusing on asking him to clear the way.

                                      I booked a cab from Indra Gandhi Airport terminal 2 to palam vihar Gurgaon as asked on the counter the fare was 580 but when the trip ended the bill amount by told by driver was 955 and when i called in the customer care there was no helpful response as the representative said your car had a long route which is why the price is higher the route was taken by the driver in which we had no say so why should we be charged the extra amount just because of the decision taken by the driver

                                        Last month on 4th of Jan I’ve booked a cap from this Meru cab app from Puducherry to Dhaneshkodi and I’ve paid in advance for ₹2000 and due to some problems that we couldn’t communicate with the driver cab as he don’t know English I’ve cancel my trip and I got a message that I’ll get my refund after 5-7 working days and I’ve waited for it for like one month and haven’t got any call or message for refund so I’ve file a complaint Against it they told me that I’ll get after 2-3 working days but again and again I’ve been waiting for it till now too they said the same like that so I’m complaining that I want my refund back.
