My name is onkar sonawane. Your cap driver was broken my samsung level u (Blutooth earphone) on road, i was said to stop the car and car was not in high speed but he couldn't stop at all. My earphone was broken very badly and it could not be repair.
I want the charges of my earphone which it's price . Im sending the pic my Blutooth earphone condition how is and the no. Of taxi . If you want to know more abut it call mi on [protected].

    I recently booked a cab from chandigarh international airport to peermuchalla, zirakpur punjab. I had made the booking through makemytrip. I had already paid 470₹ for the trip and then paid 50 for airport waiting charges and another 150 on ending the trip but did not receive any invoice or recipient as to why i was charged this much and amount breakup.

      I took a mere cab from terminal 3 delhi airport to a block sector 40 noida. My phone number recorded was [protected] and otp 37869 29/02/2020, 14:10:34. The cab driver was driving me round and round in noida and was not able to reach sector 40 nor attempting to make a sincere effort to get directions. Ultimately on reaching city centre metro station i had to request him to stop and allow me to get down. I was charged 1013 rupees though i received no bill. The driver refused to share his details or that of his cab and drove off before i could note his cab details.
      I have not received any bill or receipt from mere for this payment and feel really cheated as i had then to hire separate transport to reach sector 40.

          We we're standing at the airport for 20minutes
          And we're sent 400mts front for taxi and again back 400mts.
          Reason : drivers ahead disagreed saying ac non ac are different vehicles.
          Pls go back
          Once we went back the drivers refused saying location too close to drop so wait for other taxi.
          Is this the way customers are treated n is this why bangalore airport authority give you place on the airport.

              I had a trip from sbi staff college begumpet hyderabad to kacheguda rly station hyderabad on 06.07.2019 at 9.10 am morning. I had booked it over phone no. [protected] from my mob [protected] after completion of my trip i have updated my mail i'd in the site as given in message. One more message i received about the cab no. And mob no. Of driver. The cab was ap28va1499. I am yet to receive the e receipt for the fare paid. The money receipt for the amount paid by me not yet received. I was told to get it through my mail. Although i have registered my mail i'd. Still i am yet to receive the e receipt

              It is urgent.

                I have booked a cab from mumbai bhayandar to shirdi on 28th march then we cancelled that cab and booked it on 29th march.we were assured by meru employee that we will get complete refund of our first booking. We get 85% amount on the same same day and they told us they will refund 15% after trip gets completed but we didn’t get 15% refund till date.booking id is 3546.we have meru employee commitmnets on phone and in message.thank you

                  I hired a cab from igi airport to vasant kunj e2 with my wheel-chair bound mother and down-syndrome suffering brother. I asked the person on the kiosk to book a cab for vasant kunj e2, and he booked for vasant kunj c which i did not realize as i saw only otp. When i asked the driver to take turn to my e2 flat, he shouted and stared at me, i was shocked... Though i was not in mood to reply.. Thinking about my ailing mother and brother, i had to answer on this,.. He had not an iota of courtesy of the passengers and their health condition. Feeling extremely humiliated i just told him... I will complain about him, and he said: "go ahead."

                  My question:
                  -do we pay meru to get insulted?
                  -do the person at kiosk can't correctly by a query of a single man in a queue. Yes! I was only one person in the queue at that time.
                  -do meru not punish or warn the drivers for ill-treating the passengers especially when physically challenged people are traveling, otherwise how can a driver tell go ahead if when say that i am going to complain?

                  Deeply hurt, humiliated... I hope as a responsible organization you will take appropriate action.

                        I had taken a meru cab on 6th night and 7th morning between 12.30 midnight and 1.00am. The driver asked my mobile number and started the cab, since i use meru app. I should have got a message immediately which i did not.
                        After destination was reached, i asked for bill, for which he said there is some problem in his account closure, but will get the bill by email. I was not sure of this and told him there is no reference of my trip logged in your app. How can i get the bill? The driver insisted that i will get it or else to call customer care.
                        He said to pay 1, 100/- which is almost double than what i used to pay. When i questioned this he said it is night duty charges will be the same price.
                        I was in no mood to argue with him at that hour of time and next day i call customer care on 7th april morning and complained about this. But there is no response till now. Today 9th april morning again i call and complained and got the complaint number 397327. This complaint needs to be investigated and bring the driver to books for his attitude.

                          I booked meru for airport, the driver arrived. When i got into the cab the driver said he rebooted his device and the trip got cancelled (Actually it wasn't). He said that he has informed customer care. He then started a new trip. I thought that he restarted the original trip which i had booked. Upon reaching airport i was asked to pay more as my original trip was a fixed price trip and the fare was less.

                          I spoke to customer care but no help. I ended up paying more.

                          Beware of these trick of meru and its drivers.

                          The trip was to Bangalore Airport on 23rd Mar. Complaint raised immediately after the drop at airport.
                          Receipt for my outstation ride to orvakal ps kurnool ref 2845 dated 160219 cab ts13ub 7012 not being sent after repeated persuasion with call centre. Amount around 5200. No mail received so far.

                                  Yesterday (1/2/19) i had booked meru cab at your counter in new delhi terminal 2 arrival. Attaching the slip, along with otp sms and immediate registration in the sms link. But, i have not yet received the bill.

                                    Please refer my complaint against one cab driver name mohd tarik of taxi no mh 03 f 9945 who took a long route in order to get the more fare. I referred the complaint to you vide acknowledge number id: 2158605 but we have not received any reply till now.
                                    It shows the efficiency of the meru cab company. This driver should be well counselled that not to take a longer route in an expectation of earning higher amount by giving the excuse of traffic jam which is a common phenomena now a days. He should be honest enough to be in this taxi business.
                                    As the management has not taken any action against the driver, he may be harassing so many passengers every day as he is found to be a dishonest cab driver. It is a management fault who does not prefer to take any action
                                    Hope, meru company will be much proper managed company. (Action without delay is the secret of the efficiency)

                                      I hired a cab on 01 dec 18 from bengluru airport to asc centre and college which is approx 38 kms. The other officers paid a fair of rs 900 whereas my cab covered a distance of 51kms and charged me rs 1178. I will face problem in reimbursement of my money from my account office.

                                        We booked meru cab from santacruz airport (T2 terminal) to thane majiwada on 22nd november at 17 hours.
                                        It was taxi number : mh 03 f 9945, receipt no mm417f19c0, driver name: mohd tarik, sub mobile :[protected].
                                        During booking at airport it was told us to pay rs. 700/-. After entering at our complex, we paid rs. 700/- as per the advise. The driver with full of "gutka" in his mouth showed us his mobile where it was mentioned rs.808/- and he was insisting to pay that amount.
                                        We were strict to our point that we would only listen the advise of the meru cab who instructed us to pay only rs.700/- although it was a higher amount. (By autorickshaw, it comes around rs.280/- to 310/-)
                                        At airport the driver asked us which route to follow to go to thane. As the shortest route, i told to go via seepz, powai iit and eeh. He told"there is very high traffic jam". I told him to go according to his own route as i knew that i need to pay maximum of rupees 700/- only.
                                        He took the longer route via vakola, then again towards airport, kurla, ghatkopar and eeh. (It is the most popular route by the cab drivers from the airport to thane due to the longer route. The traffic jam is higher in this route too).
                                        Hence his meter was charging higher and he was asking the higher amount. Ultimately i was strict to my points and paid him rs.700/- only.
                                        This driver should be taught to be honest in this profession and the meru company must be strict to these rogue drivers that to pay according to the instructions. The drivers must not be taken on the longer routes to fool the passengers. Now a days, every day, every where, there is traffic jam.
                                        Hope meru company will counsel this driver who is a well build body man
