deeply hurt, humiliated after availing your cab service

I hired a cab from igi airport to vasant kunj e2 with my wheel-chair bound mother and down-syndrome suffering brother. I asked the person on the kiosk to book a cab for vasant kunj e2, and he booked for vasant kunj c which i did not realize as i saw only otp. there is no bill fare is double "no proof"

I had taken a meru cab on 6th night and 7th morning between 12.30 midnight and 1.00am. The driver asked my mobile number and started the cab, since i use meru app. I should have got a message immediately which i did not.
After destination was reached, i asked for bill, for which he said there is some problem in his account closure, but will get the bill by email. I was not sure of this and told him there is no reference of my trip...

cheating by meru - beware

I booked meru for airport, the driver arrived. When i got into the cab the driver said he rebooted his device and the trip got cancelled (Actually it wasn't). He said that he has informed customer care. He then started a new trip. I thought that he restarted the original trip which i had booked. Yesterday (1/2/19) i had booked meru cab at your counter in new delhi terminal 2 arrival. Attaching the slip, along with otp sms and immediate registration in the sms link. But, i have not yet received the bill.

Your phone 44224422 not working. Without bill i am unable to claim from my employer. If you dont send bill by tomorrow, i am taking up with consumer forum for mental agony and monetary loss....

Please refer my complaint against one cab driver name mohd tarik of taxi no mh 03 f 9945 who took a long route in order to get the more fare. I referred the complaint to you vide acknowledge number id: 2158605 but we have not received any reply till now.
It shows the efficiency of the meru cab company. This driver should be well counselled that not to take a longer route in an expectation of earning higher amount by giving the excuse...

I hired a cab on 01 dec 18 from bengluru airport to asc centre and college which is approx 38 kms. The other officers paid a fair of rs 900 whereas my cab covered a distance of 51kms and charged me rs 1178. I will face problem in reimbursement of my money from my account office.

the dishonest cab driver

driving not receiving the call after confirmation ride

meru notified just 15 minutes before the scheduled time

We always trusted meru more than any other cab service provider but this time this was highly unprofessionalism. We booked cab to bangalore airport one day in advance (Ie. 18 oct 2018). Cab was scheduled for 7.30 am
We received a call from meru at 7.15 am mentioning cab is cancelled as there is no availability and was asked to book from other cab services.
This was unnecessary stress meru has given us. Getting cabs in morning...
