Mails to their feedback email id are bouncing

Here is copy of my compaint:

Hi,
Yesterday I travelled from
Bangalore Airport taxi KA7991 from Bangalore airport to Kadubeesanahali.

I see no travelling history against my number. Please check. I need receipt for reimbursement
