[Resolved] Meru Cabs — Not Refunding the amount deducted wrongly

Regarding this booking I'd 44528530
This trip was completed on 20th of Sep 2015. The problem is double payment. Wallet also deducted and driver also got the payment in cash. I complained regarding this as soon as my trip got over on the same day. But my amount not refunded to my wallet yet.
I received a mail from meru stating that my amount got credited back to my wallet on 26sep 15. But no such amount got credited to my wallet. Fake mail sent to me by meru. It's a kind of cheating.
I again called customer care and complained regarding this, but when ever i call them their reply is (another two days)almost 8days went.
but no reply from them till now.
Very poor customer support. Very poor service.
