Hi Meru Team,
I am getting customer support calls for your meru flexi and meru gini car on my personal mobile number 9167XXXX60.
Drivers working with meru give me a call asking for Suri or Surinder Kaur. They tell me that they are facing issues regarding their account lock, device ID, payments, etc. they even yell at me if I tell them that I don't work with meru . When asked from where they got my number, drivers tell me "Yeh to Support ne diya hai[protected]". I have reported this issue to meru support center, people tell me some one will call back to resolve the issue and till date no has turned up except the drivers having number of issues to be solved.
Meru Team can you please update your customer support number. And provide the same to the drivers. Also server them better.
P.S. - Don't share your employees personal number as support number.
I was not interested in writing all this, but I am facing call since last 5 months and have called your support around 4 times...but no response from your team.
