With ref to above booking number Payment was not deducted from Wallet and I was asked to pay in cash. (See below communication from old complain)
For the same I've posted the complain on 22-Nov-2015

Once the amount paid in cash and matter sorted out on 26-Nov-2016 after which only My ID Was open to book the cab (though mistake from Meru I've suffered)
Again on 22-Jan-2016 Amount of 1114 Rs deducted from Paytm wallet for Booking number 45775045... If amount was already paid in cash why again it was deducted??
Also on complaint to customer care on 25-Jan-2016 I was confirmed to get this amount back in wallet in next 2 working days i.e. 29-Jan-2016. I've not received my amount back yet. (I've recorded calls available with me as a proof to go to legal way as you can not charge two time for the same thing)
Please help me on the same along with daily interest on my amount and I would like to have 10000 Rs amount for mental stress which I've got because of Meru.

in 12:38 Call with Ms Asha from Customer Relations department I got following commitments:
- Restart your app and you will be able to book your cab though problem is there from Meru Side (Which till date am unable to book)
- I will get my amount back in 2 working days i.e. 28-Jan-2016 (Till date I have not received)
On 30-Jan-2016 I had conversation with Team meru on above subject:
- 14:25 for 15 Mins 27 Seconds with (Emp Id: ACE 4996)
- 14:58 for 5 Mins 35 Seconds with Ms Harpreet - Customer Relations
- 16:21 for 13 Mins 18 Seconds with Mr Devang - Customer Relations (Emp Id: 2532)
Whole story I have repeated again with 3 people today also... Still they are not able to refund my amount...disgusting
