[Resolved] Meru — Delay in providing CAB | |||
i booked a Meru Cab from Hyderabad Ref No. 26246782. I was travelling to station along with my Mother who is aged, 2 year daughter and my wife. I recieved an SMS with chauffer details and cab arrival time. There was no cab which arrived and i was told to wait for 45 minutes and there was no assistance or any kind of intention to help us. I want an appohlogy letter from MERU cabs or i am going to take this to customer care and spread about the pathetic customer service of MERU cab Meru should compensate for the mess, mental trauma and difficulty created for my family to reach station Was this information helpful? | |||
