Meru — Stranded on my way to airport under rain

I had booked meru cab for reaching airport on 13 aug. But the cab stranded me in between while it was raining. Apart from insulting behavior, my luggage got drenched and i was put under risk of missing flight. Also, i had to pay premium to a taxi to ensure i don't miss flight. I have been complaining to meru but there is no compensation for this harassing experience. Request your help here
