Mescom — Unable to register to MESCOM. Throws the error 'Account ID does not exist'.

Address:Mangalore

Account ID is not printed in the electricity bill but in the website it asks for 10 digit account ID.
Bill shows only the Consumer ID, Location ID.
I tried these IDs separately and also with different combination of these IDs as Account ID but none of them worked.

Please help me in getting Account ID or registering account ID.

You cannot pay that bill in MESCOM RAPDRP portal since your bill is of Non RAPDRP area. You can pay your bills on Paytm, Google Pay, Phonepe etc. Select MESCOM Non RAPDRP option for payment. It will ask you to enter RR No. . Type 2120208K243766. Your account name will be displayed, then you can proceed with the payment.

Unable to add RR number. Even after repeated attempts, it shows as RR number does not exist.
