Paid the march month bill still it showing three months bill in the current bill which is wrong

Facing lot of problems because there is no current supply since 48 hrs .This is boarder area between lingdahalli and Birur.
No body is ready to get it repair.
Wish to file a online complaint but system is asking account ID which is not available with me.

My House is in Shakthinagar, Mangalore. We get our power from the Kavoor sub station. Nearly every day, the power gets disconnected atleast two to three times. Some days the power supply is interrupted upto 15 times a day. This frequent interruption of power has caused failure of many electronic gadgets at my home, which caused losses of approx. ₹50, 000 to our household. Also, they do not provide power every Thursday, citing "Maintenance". We do not get power from 8 AM to 6 PM those days. I do not know what maintenance they need to do every week which requires disconnection of power for the whole day. Now, they have started 'Load shedding' and disconnecting power for a large part of the day, which means we cannot even seek respite from the Record-breaking heat wave this summer.

And, this is the situation that we have to face in the middle of Mangaluru city, which is deemed to be a "Smart city". How can a city call itself "Smart" when its residents do not even get regular power supply?

I request the concerned officials to just do the basic duty of providing uninterruptible power supply.

I have been complaining about frequent power cuts in mangalore sulthan batthery road to mescom, twitter and line man. All they say is it will be fixed and in reality it doesn't. Everyday we see 3-4 times power cut max 7 times. No use of raising complaint in twitter. That team is so robotic and mescom customer care is careless. My last stop is writing to mescom board of directors.

Power outages happens everyday averaging about 5-7 hours and it's interuptung our daily work . This is just horrible service they offer us, the only thing they do promptly is taking our bill

Yesturday night current was gone at 7pm now its nxt day morning 11 am till now current has came and they are not receiving phone what should we do now ?

The power is gone since 1::00 A . M. It has not even returned back yet!!!

I have raised a complaint (docket no E1163449) on 18/3/2022 regarding safety issue (sagging of wire ) status of complaint is showing closed but the problem is still not resolved/attended.

I have requested change of name for my new house from builder for which got postal intimation on January 22. However old name still reflecting in bills for which raised complaint on Nanna Mescom app. They called to check with AE Udupi [protected]. Who not responding to my query and asked to call AO in Mudubidri for a name change in Udupi. Disappointed with behavior of not customer friendly. Kindly concerned authorities to look into these officers.

Hi I am from kusugundi kodur hosanagara. We are facing Powercut issues, I have contacted mescom helpline more than 4 times but no use. So please look into this.

I sir iam sharath kumar. k, I will study with 2nd year puc in mylimane pu clg. I was complaint by my house electricity bill was in this month comeing to high amount. Y was the come to these high amount for my house. What is the reason of this. And my mother monthly pay that bills in all months and y come to the in this months high amount what's that reason please check

There was a transformer failure at Belur village, sagar taluk, shimoga dist. on 03/03/22 evening at 5.00pm. Till today evening no proper repair or alternative transformer is arranged by the concerned officials to restore the power supply. It is almost 48 hrs.now after the failure and even now officials are telling that it may take another 2 days to restore the power supply. People, most of them are farmers are having difficulty in doing their agriculture and household works
Request you to kindly restore it immediately.

We are facing low voltage in our area from few months . Many complaints has raised by individuals but there is no response. In our home voltage is showing around 160-170 volts, due to this electrical equipment's are not functioning properly . Could you please check this issue on priority since its disrupting electricity for many people.

I'm an fresher who is working in an company as a work from home employee right now due to covid issues.

The frequent power cuts in between 10 AM to 6 PM made us impossible to work and it leads bad impact on our working performance.
Like me there are several people who are working as a work from home employees who don't have a UPS availability in their home.
Thats why it is difficult to manage our works and impact on out job too.

Kindly consider this and any power cut requires for any reasons please make it within 10AM and After 6PM it woul be beneficial to all of the employees working in a Hosanagara.

For the last 3 days, power situation in Belur Village, Sagar Taluk, Shimoga District is pathetic. Either it is single phase or no phase at all. Around 12 noon, they try to provide 3 phase supply but within few minutes power goes off. Is there a scheduled power cut? If yes, can we know the schedule so that we can plan our activities accordingly.

I am staying in Kalthodu Village(Tq: Kundapura ) in my village Mr.Kumar and Mr.Praveen are the two line mans are working for Byndoor MESCOM.

They were always scaring the ladies in my home to disconnect the Power but our bills are everything paid day to day.

Issue1: Kumar he visited our home one day and saying in MESCOM Motor we are filling water to daily use tank and he is telling he will remove my home power. Please visit and check in Kalthodu(576219) village all home doing same thing and Kumar is asking 5000 money orelse he will inform to MESCOM itseems.

Issue2: One day in my home due to heavy rain power was not coming so we called Praveen and Kumar. Kumar told he will come home by afternoon and we waited for 3days without power. When we call he is scolding like anything to ladies is that the way MESCOM is treating peoples. Please let me know on this issue we have paid our bills everything on time.

Mescom guys please terminate this kind of guys(Mr Kumar and Mr Praveen) because giving and scaring poor people in Villages.

Please help the Poor peoples in villages they dont know anything so simply they have give unofficially money to these guys and tell me process is like this only we have to adjust by giving money to them so that i will take it next level.

I hope i will get justice here terminating this guys.

Hi Team,

Last night there was some fuse sound and there was no power since then. Next morning electrician checked and advised to get touch with Mescom as he assumes there might be wiring issues in the pole. Only our house don't have power and we need someone to visit our place asap for fix. We called the Mescom and they will take long time to visit the site so I am writing this note to make sure we have quick response.

There is regular power cut, and since yesterday there is no power.
