Dear Sir,
I purchased a smart card for metro journey travel. At the time of issuing of metro card no body asked me about submitting any application. But now when I want to surrender my metro card the station manager of Gitanjali metro told me to submit an application regarding surrender of this smart card. Also he is telling that the amount which is there in the smart card will only be credited after 6 or 7 days.
If the metro card is purchased without any application to the station manager then why while submitting these substandard card you need an application.
Also you are travelling from one place to other and suddenly I am asked to write an application and Asked about the blank paper but these people will scold you for this. Was this information helpful? |
