[Resolved]  Metro Shoes — Poor base material - request for replacement or refund

We purchased footwear from METRO - pondicherry branch.

There is a problem in the base material of your footwear, particularly this pair( attached pic), we are regular customer to your shop and this time we are highly disappointed with the complaint process been handled.

Understand there is a regular procedure for you follow but I hope that you must think about customers situation as the refund or replacement process been going haywire as below.

Product purchased on 24th Oct

Complaint made via call on 4th Nov

Product returned to crompet METRO shop on 23rd Nov

Today self visited crompet METRO branch enquire on progress, we got information that the product has been sent for replacement 2 days ago, unfortunately there is no information regarding return date .

My wife had made many requests regarding above issue and till now no replacement made .

We spent 2599 rupees for this product and only this footwear material caused itching sensation and skin burning sensation, hence asking for replacement or refund.

Kindly response on above as earliest as we are planning to relocate our resident in few days, so kindly arrange for replacement or refund of our hard earned money as earliest .
