[Resolved] Metro Shoes — quality issue of the article - not getting refund

I have purchased one pair of metro chappal from yamuna nagar showroom.
Witin 2 days o[censored]se of the chappal, it started cracking from its sole not even single piece but both, we have submitted that chappal at the same store on 4th of decemeber and we were continuously chasing for an update from them but they said they will call us and on 24th december, my father again called to take an update and they said, you can purchase any other thing from our store in its replacement but my question is why to purchase another article which may again get damaged in 2 days and again i have to wait for this much and i just asked them to refund the amount as i dont want any other article which may be of poor quality again but they denied for the same.

We asked the staff for the second pair of the shoe we liked and he said that he'll only show if we are fixed going to buy. Also the online customer callup was not answered. Bad customer service, metro shoes, prozone mall, aurangabad. Recommend to stop being soo inresponsive and rude.

I bought metro shoe in May 2018.and it damage so soon.now I m getting problem in replacement.
