The company emailed the RRN number. I followed it up with Razor Pay. They told me ask my bank to check and charge back the amount.
The bank did that and the amount was refunded.
Metro Shoes customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by M And Mochi customer care on 3rd of Dec sent me an email that the refund has been initiated. Razorpay would refund in 5to 7 working days
Not received till date. I am going ringa ringa roses with the bank, mochi and my bank.
