Am a regular customer of Metroshoes and I had purchased a pair of shoes from your showroom located in by-pass Madurai.
It is extremely disheartening that on the first day of wearing, the shoes got torn on the lace portion. Its obvious enough that the product supplied had been eithe from old stock or of very poor quality.
