I have purchase one shoe around rs 2800 (Appox) on jan 2017 from metro shoe silchar. Just after a one month paste of shoe came out. They repair the shoe and told me further problem will not create. Again same problem create and complain was given with shoe on 17 april 2017. Till now no proper response is given by metro shoe silchar. My request is that purchasing shoe of rs 2800 and repairing shoe again & again is worth.

I have purchased shoes yesterday from your thane viviana store. But when I used I feel very uncomfortable. This is first time I am facing this issue. This is rainy shoes with heels. Normally your shoes heels are very comfortable. But when I ware this shoes at tht my knees are paining a lot.

    The salesman in metro shoes mangalore pass comments on their customers, which is not good for the brand name. Guide your salesperson regarding this matter. Its the customers wish whether to purchase a product or not, the salespersons job is to guide them, nor to pass comment in front of the customer along with other fellow salesperson. They should be taught basic salesmanship rules.

    I have a around 1600 points .which is informed to me by message and its will be expire on30 june.bt now when i shoped with metro and now i see that is only 172. So i doubt that metro employe used my points thats not acceptable at all..
    Silchar metro store is not giving any discount on the selected items where as on the same product the rest of India 's metro stores are giving. Silchar is situated in cachar district of Assam. Kindly take necessary action and update me regarding this.

      I have purchased a crocs sleeper from metro store jodhpur on 2nd july 2016, but in just 9 months sleeper have changed its size, and i am not able to wear it, i have been using crocs brand from last many years but it is the 1 st time that such kind of problem has occured, i have also contacted the metro store jodhpur, but they have refused to help me in this case as it is out of warrenty, i have sepent rs 2495 on my sleepers, and the have just changed its shape in 9 months, if such is the performance of crocs sleepers, then i dont understand the difference between a gud brand and a local brand, so i request to kindly consider my case and change my sleepers, bill no 125351, dated 02/07/2017, from metro shoes ltd, mukund bldg, jodhpur,

        Metro shoes is cheating the customer in big sale of 50 % and 60 % off
        Request to all the people who visit metro shoes kindly checks the mrp price on the actual box and then purchase. I visited the store on 19th feb evening at metro colaba
        Metro shoes colaba is trying to fool customer
        I selected genx shoes which are also a metro shoe product and they are offering 60% off
        Original mrp on the box was 990 /- hence. There was an add on small sticker of metro 1990/- rs
        And they said 1990 -60%
        When i asked the sales guy as well as the store manager that the original company print mrp itself is 990 /- why are u put your own print of 1990/- and giving discount of 60 %
        Store manager replied the mrp which is printed is the discounted mrp printed by gen x company

          We are two girls who tried to save our colleague from entering in to a relationship with a merchandiser. While opposing, we were tortured by our HOD's. This has lead to mental torture and we cannot bear it anymore.
          The management as well is in their favour.
          We are having sleepless nights.
          This has led us to opt for suicide. If they wont be punished, we will definitely opt for suicide.

            I m have gone to metro shop situated in forum mall 1st floor, elgin road, bhawanipur, kolkata pin-700020. I asked for a pair of heels with only 2 inches. The salesman showed me a heels which design was as i required so i asked him atleast four times that is the heels of this is within 2 inches only. He repeatedly said yes for my question, and when i asked him to measure it he said i have done it., its within 2 inches only. When i came home and measured it was around 3 inches. So i now want a stricked action against it and want my money being refunded or else i myself have to take a strick action.

              I purchased a shoe from metro shoes through net banking. 1290 rupees have been deducted from my account but my order status is showing pending. I receive an email :
              We are unable to obtain, authorization for your credit card / debit your online bank account, for your order at http://www.metroshoes.net due to the following reason :
              A) invalid card details.
              B) card has expired.
              C) insufficient funds.
              D) vbv/3d secure authentication unsuccessful.
              Kindly check for the above details and try again

              I did not receive any purchase receipt yet. I tried to call on customer care number but they are not answering my call. I can not see any delivery date on the website. I request you to initiate the refund process immediately.

                I have purchased a regular metro footwear and it creates noise while walking. Even if i walk on the carpet it makes a very bad sound. I am really dissatisfied with my experience. I spend around 1800 Rs. on my foot wears and it resulted in this manner.

                  Am a regular customer of Metroshoes and I had purchased a pair of shoes from your showroom located in by-pass Madurai.
                  It is extremely disheartening that on the first day of wearing, the shoes got torn on the lace portion. Its obvious enough that the product supplied had been eithe from old stock or of very poor quality. More disheartening is the fact that even though i mailed this problem i have not received proper response.
                  Once in 2 days visit to the showroom was also in vain
                  Am extremely shocked to see this that too from a reputed trustworthy showroom like Metroes.

                    Bought a pair of shoes on 20 july from metro shoes (meerut). ek baar pair use krne par kharab ho gya.. i informed them next day and returned the pair on 27 july. but they didnt give any positive response. poor quality and they are not responsible for the satisfaction of customer.i requested them to change the shoes but no positive feedback.my bill no is 59781.

                      First I bought shoes from Metro Shoes Store, F 16, Plot No-216, AlphaOne Mall, Near Vastrapur lake. T.P Scheme-1, Gurukul, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380052.

                      Shoe quality was very poor that it got torn off withing 10 days.

                      For service they took more than 20 days and then after they charged me 200 INR more.

                      Pathetic service and very bad experience with this store.

                          Dear Sir, I am a permanent customer of Metro since many years, in fact it will be correct to mention that I wear only Metro foot wears or you can say that shoes of different brands bought from Metro showroom, as they comfortably suit my flat foots. Lately I have been suffering due to poor quality of foot wears been provided to me by Metro store at Mall Road Branch, Ludhiana. I had bought the foot wears from Metro Shoes, Mall Road, Ludhiana.. The foot wear were hardly worn, as I rarely get to wear foot wear for parties or during social/formal events. The shoes in case, which has already been deposited at Metro Showroom at Mall Road, Ludhiana on 30th March, 2105 (Bill No- LDH/6710). The foot wear which has only been worn few times till date has really given way from all sides ie the whole leather material from all side of shoes has been cracked. The Metro show room is showing reluctance to replace these shoes. It is pertinent to mention that repairs will definitely be not possible in this case. Let me confess that this speaks very low of Metros and the poor quality of foot wear which are being sold by Metros & extremely poor quality of after sales service being provided by them in case of complaints. In the instant case, since these foot wear have hardly been worn, they should be instantly replaced, free of cost, to restore confidence of customer. THAT SHOE WAS OF SUCH A POOR QUALITY THAT IT HURTS ME BABDLY AND BLEEDS AS THE SHOES HAS A METAL PORTION WHICH IS BROKEN. I HAVE GIVEN THE SHOE FOR REPAIRING ON 15TH MARCH 2015 . AFTER THAT, I HAVE VISITED YOUR SHOWROOM FOR ALMOST 3 TIMES BUT THE SHOE IS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANAGER OF THE STORE SAYS EVERYTIME THAT THE SHOE IS REPAIRED BUT IT IS STILL IN THE SAME CONDITION.                             Scratches on shoes with just 15 days

                            I had bought shoes form rajkot, Gujarat. I had filed complaint in company showroom. They told to repair the shoes ASAP. After taking 1 month, they gave me shoes without any improvement.

                              I had purchased a pair of shoes on[protected] from Coimbatore Metro Shoes.I am not satisfied with the shoe as the left shoe is not comfartable.Its biting & i had a sever pain which i went & showed it to your local dealer.He says you have to go on wearing though it is biting, & in return i told him that i am unable to walk. It was hardly used for 4 days & that to i had no option other than to use it since i had gone to Punjab.I had not taken extra pair of shoes.He asked me to leave the shoe for a few days & i agreed. I went to the shop after 15days.He asked me to wear it again, but i was not comfartable.The salesman agreed & told me to leave the shoe & asked me to come after 3 to 4 days.Today when i went i was shocked.He is telling me nothing can be done. You have to take it.I refused & left it there.Now its you who have to solve this problem.

                                COMPLAINT AGAINST POOR QUALITY METRO LADIES FOOT WEAR BOUGHT BY MRS CHHAVI DALELA BILL NO - DLK\3052 DATED 14 NOV 2014 Dear Sir, I am a permanent customer of Metro since many years, in fact it will be correct to mention that I wear only Metro foot wears, as they comfortably suit my flat foots. Lately I have been having to go through lot o[censored]n-comfort and suffering due to poor quality of foot wears been provided to me by Metro store at Karol Bagh, New Delhi. I had bought the foot wears from Metro Auth & Exclusive Show Room at Karol Bagh, New Delhi. The foot wear were hardly worn, as I rarely get to wear foot wear, being an Senior Officer Wife, we wear these only during social/formal events. The sandle in case, which has already been deposited at Metro Showroom at Karol Bagh on 14 Nov 2014 (Bill No- DLK\3052), has been giving trouble from the second wear itself. The foot wear which has only been worn three times till date has really given way from all sides ie from strep, heal, inside packing foam & material etc etc. In the third wear itself the sandle totally gave way and all the parts of the sandle came out making it a very embarrassing moment for me where in I had to rush back home, leaving an official social event. The Metro show room at Karol Bagh is showing reluctance to replace these sandle. It is pertinent to mention that repairs will definitely be not possible in this case. Since I am an Senior Officer’s wife, I keep moving from one station to other. I am presently at Shimla Station and it becomes extremely costly, definitely more than the cost of the foot wear, to send them for repairs to Metro authorized show rooms for repairs. Let me confess that this speaks very low of Metros and the poor quality of ladies foot wear which are being sold by Metros & extremely poor quality of after sales service being provided by them in case of complaints. In the instant case, since these foot wear have hardly been worn two to three times, they should be instantly replaced, free of cost, to restore confidence of customer.                                   Have purchased daily wear sandal from metro shoes however the cloth on the sole of the sandal started getting off within 10 days o[censored]se... Had shown the sandals to sales executive within 1 month however was not able to deposit the sandals as I was wearing the sandals at the time of complaint... When I went back with the sandals the executives asked for a charge of 150 for repairing my sandals... Had already paid 1400 fir just a simple sandal how much more should I paid... And when I started showing my concern there was no executive who came forward for my help and when I said that I won't pay the amount no executive from the showroom even tried toto retain us... Very poor quality and services... Metro sucks...

                                    Hi Friends, I would just like share with Metro shoes. I bought a pair of Metro shoes brand vinchee worth Rs. 4500/- and within 6 months the soul of the shoe tears out, Now when I went to Metro store to get it repair, they told me that the Rs. 100/- will be charge for fixing the soul. i paid the amount and they repaired it. But within few days the same problem occurs and the sour tear out in the same way. When I went to metro and told them about this thing they simply deny and again ask for Rs. 100/- for fixing the soul. When you pay such a heavy amount you expect some quality. The inconvenience and poor quality is really disgusting. I came to know that same thing happens with many customers and the company making profit just for fixing the soul again and again..

                                      Dear Sir, I bought ladies shoes from METRO SHOES LTD, from surat chowk bazaar, his e-mail id is [protected]@metroshoe.com and phone number is[protected]. That bill number is 94813 dated 12/10/13. That shoes rate is 1690/- and it was wearing by very same day with very carefully without fold but still shoes's back side lathers was completely lost and I complaint for this on 23/11/13 so that staff was replied "Sir please come on 25/11/13 we will exchange." but due to time problem I goes on 26/11/13 then his manager was replied me "Sir I send it to in my company and whatever they reply I'll give you same" so I was give that shoes on 30/11/13. and that manager respected Mr. Riyaz was replied me "you will receive on 10/12/13." and I was not seen on receipt (SRT/7476) which date was written 21/12/13 due to loyal but today when I call them they replied still you have to wait 10 days. Even I was also told him "If company will repair then I dont want and you can take back as per your policy which was written in your back side of bill. So, hope you will help me ASAP.                                         I have bought the shoes from metro shoes on 24/112011 from 32The Mall amritsar .After Approximate two months the cottrage started removing from the upper and side portions of the shoes .then i move to the showroom regarding the complaint,the company has done nothing and give me the shoes by just polishing the shoes .now after two days the cottrage again started removing from the shoes ..the shoe cost is 2490.00rs.and the distance to the showroom from my house is 80 km up n down ..i have visited three times regarding thr complaint
