I have submitted the request for my bca degree certificate on 21st oct 2017 in mgu kottayam. The chellan no for the submission was : 37402679. But it is almost one and half year and i haven't received any response from the university and hasn't received my certificate too.

I tried raising the concern in the student’s grievances portal but it is showing the below error message:
