Mg University — marksheet pending for mba

Hi i have completed my mba from mgu through iipm delhi. I have passes all the semesters but i didnt receive my marksheet not even of 1 semester, can any one please help.. I do have my marks through there portal not sure if that is enough for applying for the degree. I need both my degree and the marksheets.

I tried contacting the university but they do not respond.

Can any one please help me

Sir am elbin elias my exm registration number[protected].Sir i got a total 33 marks in business management ( 2nd sem ) subject. But it is shows failed.. can u please check my exam results .
