[Resolved] Mg University — MGU Meghalaya Issue of Degree certificate

I have enrolled for MGU MBA and have completed the course under enrollment No:MGU/132/SN1110060/040. After completion i have applied for the Degree certificate two months back with all the relvant documents mentioned as well as a online payment of Rs. 5000.00 in favour of MGU, but i have still no got any information regarding the same. No response regarding Degree Certificate and yet I have not received my certificate. Also, No one is receiving my phone calls since last couple of weeks and not replying to mail as well.I am doing a daily follow up with them but at times they do not answer my calls. I have to apply for immigration.Highly unprofessional behaviour by keeping a student's career at stake and harassing a Serving Defence Personnel.

Please try and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Dear all,

This is with reference to my BBA degree which has not been delivered to me even after 12 months.

I have applied for the degree though MGU website on 9th DEC '16 and paid INR 5, 000 for the same and it’s been more than 12 months since I am struggling for it and still I haven't received it.

@director: kindly look into the matter and provide me with my degree as I need it urgently for my job purpose as soon as possible.
