Mg University — Refund of double payment of pg application

My name is viswom.S, running akshaya centre in muttom vaynasala. I have paid application for a pg a student on 30 sep 2020 by internet banking facility for rs 1255.90 (1250 bank charges .The details are as follows:-

the payment was successful as per the bank statement but payment pending as per the application. So by the compulsion of the student again i paid the application fees on 5th oct 2020

(05-oct-2020) to transfer inb mahatama gandhi universit [protected]igajofsdl2 trans rs.1, 255.90.
I wrote several complaints to te bank and the university for refund for the double transaction but no reply from your side. The bank informed us that the 1st transaction was also successful . I request you to kindly refund the same at top priority.
