[Resolved]  MH Lifestyles — For non delivery of goods and for not refunding paid amount

Hi I posted a buying request on alibaba and was contacted by mr mohsin khan from the company mhlifestyles after viewing their products and company information I made a purchase with them on the 11/4/2014 and was told 3/4 days delivery time but after contacting them almost every day for over six weeks I still have no goods they requested that I pay them through western union to avoid costly charges for paying by paypal or by other means I still thought they sounded genuine but after contacting mr mohsin khan and his brother Mohammed wasim for six weeks I asked mr khan to refund my money in full as I don't think they will be sending my goods so after discussions they said they will refund my money and wanted my bank details which I sent them through trade manager. Mr mohsin khan then sent me a message saying it difficult to do a foreign transfer and will take a long time so if I had some one with an account in India or with an indian bank account I could give their information but I don't have anyone with a account in India so I told mr khan ideally I would prefer the clothes I ordered so mr mohsin khan said he can send the goods so I asked him how long and he said by the evening he will send me shipping information but today he is saying again by the evening he will surely give me the shipment details but I have sent him a message saying he has been saying tomorrow for the last six weeks and he has not replied. I also told him I had read a complain about their dealings with another customer and he said that's all a lie and he said he has filed a case against this person so I have come to the conclusion that this company is fraudulent and they do not send the goods within 3 days as stated and they will keep pestering you to order then pay up but when you contact them they just make excuses to delay things. I just want my money back or the products I had ordered.
