Mhada — Mhada booking amount Refund not received

Dear Sir or Madam,

I had applied in MHADA's 2020 scheme Pune location and had submitted an application in my name which is around 15000/-
My name was selected in the lottery but i decided not to pursue further.

Below are the details -

Category: GP {General Public}

But still I have not received any refund or intimation of refund or any call from the Mahada authorities

Its been almost more than 10 months

Request if you can guide me with the refund procedure or to whom to contact regarding the same or any customer care no of the Mahada authority. The Number [protected] is always busy.

Hoping for a quick response.
