Not received refund for Sept 2021 Policy

5560 rs got deducted from my account for policy and still not received refund. I need my refund as soon as possible.

I am Mr. Dhiraj Bhavnani had applied for Mhada Pune lottery scheme (2021) for housing in Wakad (Laxmi Avenue) scheme code: 502.
I have not won the lottery and not received my refund back yet.
My Application No: [protected], Code No: 502 and Payment done online as on 15th Dec 2021 and lottery draw results date was on 07th Jan 2022.
It's been more than 3 Months still I have not received my refund.
Please assist me in getting my refund back as soon as possible.

I have submitted surender form and documents for kokan mahada lottery 2021 at bandra office on 17/2/2021 they said amount will get refund in one month z still amount is not refunded and when I again visited mahada office they are telling timing for refund they are telling call help desk and their help desk are also not receiving call...no help from mahada office customer care

Dear Sir,

I am a resident of 1303/A, Gurukripa Housing society, Besides acharya atre maidan, Pantnagar, Ghatkopar East Mumbai-400075 which is a SRA building built 1 year back.We are residing since 1 year and now there are leakages from the ceiling in the entire living room, bedroom and washroom. We have complained to the society many times but no one is resolving this issue . also the residents staying above us are not co operative regarding the repairs.Kindly note that the ceiling appears to be dangerous due to lot of leakages and may fall anytime on us.There is a threat to our lives so I request you to look into this matter urgently.Thanking you in advance.

As you are aware, Ekta has duly completed construction of 2 Wings i.e. A and B having Basement + Ground (including Shopping) + 3 podiums + 36 floors and have completed construction of C Wing up to Basement + Ground (including Shopping) + 3 podiums + 36 floors (super structure) although the same is complete in all respect up to 18th Floor and all the Flat Purchasers including ourselves, are anxiously waiting for the possession of our respective flats for more than 4 years and are now seeing some ray of hope.
We are aware that under the captioned G.R., it has been directed that MHADA will complete the construction of the Rehab building in Sector — R-9 for rehabilitation of the original 672 tenants of Patra Chawl and you have appointed “Relcon Infraprojects Ltd” as Developer to complete the construction of their respective sale buildings in the Siddharth Nagar Layout. We also understand that your Esteem Technical Committee is working with Ekta in closing final aspects of the NoC for OC.

It is of paramount importance to bring to your notice that 612 Home Buyers like us, who have invested their hard earned money since long in the aforesaid project of Ekta Tripolis and have taken home loans from various financial institutions are since long bearing the double burden of EMI’s and Rent and are still desperately awaiting possession of their respective Homes. Most o[censored]s are not only bearing the burden of mounting interest but also having to pay rent for our current accommodation. This has affected our mental as well as family lives and the pandemic has only made it worse with most of our salaries/ businesses suffering and taking a hit.
We are suffering Mentally & Financially very badly due to delay in granting the part Occupation Certificate.

We request you to initiate the process for part Occupation Certificate and complete required documentation & processes with Ekta World. We all 612 buyers jointly with folded hands plead you to use your good offices and help sort this issue so that we can take a breath of relief and organise our lives financially & mentally

We have a kid now and he needs to know that even his parents had built some nest for their residence

Scheme Name not present in result and refund not received

I had applied for Scheme 524-S-NO-12-PART-AT-TALEGAON-DABHADE-PMAY
the result page: https://lottery.mhada.gov.in/results/publishdata/P13/draw/P13.html is not having it and also the refund is not yet received.
Please help to escalated.
Called all 3 helpline numbers none were picked to complain.
Also email was written that is also unanswered.

In 2020 I Have Filled Form For Mhada Lottery Pune, And I Won Mhada flat aslo...But Some Reasons I cancelled That flat...After Paying Token Amount...And I Filled Cancellation Form in August 6th...And It's been 4 Months Now...No Refund yet...Pune mhada Staff also Not co-operative, That number provided to call for queries, she is not polite that much, If we ask about refund, she refuse to talk...and says that, thats not my cup of tea...ask refund department, without giving number of refund department...And cut the call...😡😡😡😡...Take Action On Them.

Dear Sir,

I have applied for MHADA PUNE LOTTERY[2022] scheme 490, I have made online payment through icici netbanking option.

The payment was debited from my account on 07/12/2021 but the application status showed Payment Not Received at lottary.mhada.gov.in .portal. So same day i have contacted icici bank customer service they told me that your debited payment will be refunded back in next 7 working days. so i thought it will be refunded back within 7 days so again on 12/12/2021 at 1 .06PM i did the payment for same scheme and payment was successful. still after 7 days my previous debited payment not refunded back to my bank account.so Bank manager told to contact mhada for this deduction and take a letter from mhada with subject (mhada did not received concern payment for scheme 490 from myside) .

So what about previous payment debited from my account.
