Amount was deducted on 21stJanuary but still no refund issued.

I have paid Dec month again on 31st Jan 2022 which is successful now, Kindly issue refund for earlier payment.

Hi There,
Scheme Name not present in result and refund not received

I had applied for Scheme 524-S-NO-12-PART-AT-TALEGAON-DABHADE-PMAY
the result page: https://lottery.mhada.gov.in/results/publishdata/P13/draw/P13.html is not having it and also the refund is not yet received.
Please help to escalated.
Called all 3 helpline numbers none were picked to complain.
Also email was written that is also unanswered.

I had applied for pune lottery. As per dates promised i was suppose to get the refund by 13th January, 2022. I have paid amount of 10560/- .

We are win the two lottery in pune mhada lottery JAN. 2021
than we paid the amount both flat after that we cancelled one flat and one is still. but still now almost 6 months to go cancellation time. but still not received one flat refundable amount .

still last 4 months we are continuously go to the pune mhada office but still all the time they said " next 10 days - 15 days - 20 days will deposit in your account . last date he said is 15 Jan 2022 but still not received my refundable amount.

seriously it's working style pune mhada. ???

We have applied the konkan mhada 2021 lottery in which if your application not selected then mhada will refund amt in 15 days but now its more than 2 months we have not received refund

In 2020 I Have Filled Form For Mhada Lottery Pune, And I Won Mhada flat aslo...But Some Reasons I cancelled That flat...After Paying Token Amount...And I Filled Cancellation Form in August 6th...And It's been 4 Months Now...No Refund yet...Pune mhada Staff also Not co-operative, That number provided to call for queries, she is not polite that much, If we ask about refund, she refuse to talk...and says that, thats not my cup of tea...ask refund department, without giving number of refund department...And cut the call...😡😡😡😡...Take Action On Them.

I have applied for MHADA PUNE LOTTERY[2022] scheme 490, I have made online payment through icici netbanking option.

The payment was debited from my account on 07/12/2021 but the application status showed Payment Not Received at lottary.mhada.gov.in .portal. So same day i have contacted icici bank customer service they told me that your debited payment will be refunded back in next 7 working days. so i thought it will be refunded back within 7 days so again on 12/12/2021 at 1 .06PM i did the payment for same scheme and payment was successful. still after 7 days my previous debited payment not refunded back to my bank account.so Bank manager told to contact mhada for this deduction and take a letter from mhada with subject (mhada did not received concern payment for scheme 490 from myside) .

So what about previous payment debited from my account.

Sir, Mr Dinesh Mahajan – Ex Engineer MHADA has regularised Illegal KITCHEN and TOILET commode above our Bedroom & Servant Room-Toilet above our Kitchen Causing seepage and Cracks on our walls and Ceiling thereby endangering the entire 32 floors of the building – Anmol Fortune E-Wing, Goregaon West Mumbai 400104
We are shocked that he has approved above illegalities AGAINST ::
1. MHADA’ own Occupation Certificate Dt 24/6/2020 disallowing any structural changes
2. He also gave OC Dt 24/6/2020 when builder sold BARREN flat (Just walls ) to E3005
3. Builder Wadhwa Realty stopping the illegal construction by E3005 on 4 different occasions from 4th Mar’21 to 2nd Sep’21
4. By-passing Builder’s Terms & Conditions of POSSESSION letter which forbids any shifting of KITCHEN, TOILETS, WATER PIPE LINES etc

While giving approval to illegalities Mr Dinesh Mahajan Ex Engineer MHADA has overlooked the DANGER of Kitchen above E2905 & below E3105 BEDROOMS

We are 70 & 66 now and for past 6 months have been pleading / writing to MHADA, Builder for stopping the illegal hazardous construction above our flat’s bedroom which the builder had stopped till 2/9/2021 but upper floor E3005 Gilda’s have restated due MHADA’ above approval - Looks like MHADA is waiting for disaster to strike !!
Sir, We have invested all our retirement funds, PF, Gratuity etc in buying this flat E2905 and because of above approval will have to always live in fear due to Kitchen and commode above our Bedroom by E3005 (Approved by Mhada MH/EE/BP cell /GM/MHADA - 52/890/2021 on 20.9.2021), What a tragedy !!
Sir, For our peaceful existence we request you to help us stop the above illegalities being carried out blatantly by Mr Gilda E3005-6, cancel above approval dt 20.9.2021 and to revert back as per builder’ original plan for our mental health. And force 3005-6 owner to repair the damages caused to us – Lower floor E2905
