refund of booking amount
Respected sir, i had applied for mhada flats for the location of Versova. My application no is 352322 dated[protected]. and paid Rs. 1, 00, 000 . i could not get through it and i have not received the refund yet. i am confused where to approach . kindly help me out since i am out of country and i am not reachable kindly mail me for the details.. thanks capt. rajiv

room transfer delay
Sir,
i m mahendra M. Nrangikar, i m live in 4/101, Raje shivaji building 89/D, shivdas chapsi marg, mazagoan 400010, in MHADA room that room is my grandfather own.
MHADA main paisa leke hi room naam pe hota hai kya (laach marathit), mere kaka ne room naam per karne ke liye kul milakar 8000 diye officer ko, to unka kaam 3 mahine mai hogaya, lekin mere dad ne un officer ko aab tak kuch nahi diya hai jab ke humare sab papar clear hai, unone humari ek file bhi guma di, pir se unko humne sab paper diye, submit kiye phir bhi wo room nam par nahi hua hai, unhone (mhada oficer ne)file bhi putup nahi ki hai, to kya ab mujhe bhi unko paisa dena padenga

Mhada — mhada - refund of booking amount
Hello,I have applied for Mhada Flat by paying Rs 1 Lakhs as booking amount. But till date I have not received booking amount back. It is almost month when the winners were declared.
Is Mhada going to pay interest on Booking amout? what is the process to take it to consumer court?
Please guide us so that many people like me can get benefited.

I had applied for mhada flats for the location of Ghatkopar East.Code No. 213 & my application no is 309406 dated[protected]. & HDFC Bank Received No. 221558 and paid Rs. 10000. i could not get through it and i have not received the refund yet.
Please look into the matter and release our payment at the earliest.

i am applied mhada flat at sion my name is not in winning list or waiting list but i cannot recive my refund amt of 25000/- my application number is 050197 can anyone tell me how can get i my refund money
I had applied for two flats one is of Rs 100000/- depositi and second one is of Rs 25000/- on 30/5/09 i had rec the refund of rs 100000/- but the DD of Rs 25000/- is not yet recevied, I have also made enquri with courier company (bule dart ), who is claiming that they had devliverd both the insruments at the same time .
