Mhada — Online Payment done but still showing payment not received

Online Payment done but still showing payment not received
Dear Sir,
I have applied for MHADA KONKAN LOTTERY[protected], I have made online payment through UPI option.

The payment was debited from my account on 21/09/2021 but the application status still shows Payment Not Received.

My Application number is [protected]

Please advice and update status of my application, i am trying to contact mhada but they are not available on there helpline number also.

Following is the information for payment made:

Your a/c no. XX1841 is debited for Rs.10560.00 on[protected]:19:57 and credited to VPA mhada.[protected]@hdfcbank (UPI Ref no[protected] TJSB Bank.

Have completed my payment through QR scan code. My amount is deducted from account which was 10560. But in application status it's showing payment not received. Kindly
refund my amount or update my application status ASAP.

My payment is also not reflecting on portal. I have made payment through UPI. Does anybody got any communication from Mhada? Is your application status updated with payment received?

Same issue with me I did QR code scan and did payment on 22nd Sept 2021 but its still showing payment not received.

If its failed payment why the amount is not deposit back in bank account.

I'm not understanding what to do, should apply again or wait.

Please update if you receive your payment back.

Subject - Amount deducted but showed payment not received then did another transaction, so need refund of first transaction

The payment was debited from my account on 30/09/2021 but the application status was showing Payment Not Received then I did another payment and it succeeded.
