Online Payment done but still showing payment not received
Dear Sir,
I have applied for MHADA KONKAN LOTTERY 2021 ( K21 ), I have made online payment through UPI option.

The payment was debited from my account on 19 /09/2021 but the application status still shows Payment Not Received.

Please advice and update status of my application, i am trying to contact mhada but they are not available on there helpline number also.

I have done the payment of rs.10, 560/-through QR code scanning for mhada lottery konkan 2021 but the website says payment not received...

I had done the payment of sum of amount 10560/- on 17th September, 2021 at 11:25 pm through UPI transaction to Mhada; the payment is shown as received by MHADA and purchase confirmed but on the portal is showing as payment not received. Please take it into consideration as soon as possible. Regards.

Sir I mrs sampada Baing, I had given joint account details of which is my and my husband's joint account, you written that joint accounts will not be acceptable, I had applied for 2 location one of them I done payment, for another application I have to provide my personal aacont details then what to do, I have to ragistar with new user id

I have selected Kokan Mhada scheme code 293 and try to select General public quota system is not allowing me to select. This is blocking me to progress further as this is bug and it needs to be fix and please notify me so that I can progress further.

I had applied for Mhada Pune Lottery 2021 and won a Flat at THE-ONYX-WAKAD as a part of GP - GENERAL PUBLIC. I had paid Rs. 10000 approx as a part of application.

Sine I am winner and cancelling flat Rs. 5000 will be deducted and Rs. 5000 will be refunded with in 8 - 10 working days after submission of refund application.

I have submitted the application for refund on 7th June 2021 by visiting there physically. The file reached to the Floor where refund section is located on 08 June 2021 with inward file number 6007.

After few visits and emails and calls we are still not getting proper response from officials. Emails & calls aren't responded when visited the refund section they simply say that we haven't received your application, it must be Pending with some officials. Once receive we will process it in 8-10 days.

I have provided cancelled check in order to make the refund process easier while applying for refund.

During my visits I have seen many people who are still asking for refund even after 7-8 months and not getting it.

How can providing PNG connection above the children bedroom of lower floor be considered STANDARD PRACTICE as stated by MGL in their reply dt 5th Jul 2021
Tomorrow someone asks MGL to give PNG connection in the passage / common area they will provide PNG anywhere OR in designated approved Kitchen location of Government agency’s approved plan- OC-Occupancy Certificate dt 24/6/2020 in this case.
Highly unethical dangerous and hazardous practice by MGL overlooking T&C of Occupancy Certificate of Jun 2020 which forbids such illegal activities AND by MGL providing connection above my bedroom, MGL has supported the illegalities o[censored]pper floor flat E3005 of Mr Gilda
Request you to once again review the MGL decision and revert back the PNG to ORIGINAL kitchen approved location

2. MCGM – Mumbai Municipal corporation – Says – Not their concern – Go to Mhada – Maharashtra Area Development Authority, Reason plot belongs to Mhada

Sir, For our peaceful existence we request you to help us stop the above illegalities being carried out blatantly by Mr Gilda E3005 and to revert back as per original builder’ plan for our mental health.

We have heard that raising more than 2 floor is illegal but now a days I have observed that people in kandivali east and west raising there house till 3rd floor which is risky. MHADA is not even taking part init to check whether is being done after getting the approval which I am sure they dont have any approval.
I am hoping that you could take some action for this thing.

I was selected for mhada lottery code 270 in 2018 and the possession date was 31st March 2021. But due to covid the construction work is still in progress and now suddenly they are saying that the prices of the flat which was mentioned in 2018 is increased and also the completion of work will take more 9 months.
So wanted to ask is this our fault that the work is not completed on time and fyi the work is under Shirke builder which is doing both cidco as well as mhada work and there another project of cidco in kalamboli is nearly completed which was actually started after mhada work. So what is this all going on.

In Gorai NA TAX deposit center
There are huge que on daily basis
But office considers only 50 requests a day
Further there is no define time for office working hours
If I use mathematics then in charkop area itlself, there are 8 sectors in which u consider atleast 50 society in each sector, and per society assume 40 houses,
So If I computer the number of houses only in charkop then it comes to 16000.

Let's consider no of working days in a year is 200, so considering to service houses of charkop area only per day requires to collect minimum 80 request where as office considers only 50 request day,
In that I am not considering gorai else numbers are huge..
So please look at the challenge and inform offices to consider atleast 100 requests a day.
Further standing in que for paying tax is not followed process so if MHADA can arrange online tx payment facility will be an great help..

Our building is located in PMGP Colony, near Dharavi Bus Depot, Opposite Maharashtra Nature Park. Building no: 3B

Our building compound area is acquired by a family staying on the ground floor of the building. The compound area is sealed with gates too. The area is fully acquired with wooden shelters for some birds like hens and ducks. They have some goats and it's sheltered too.

Since the area is gated and fully covered with animals and birds, the garbage collectors couldn't enter that area for cleaning.
Due to this unclean area, our building is surrounded by more breeding mosquitoes. Even BMC personal who comes with the mosquito fogging machine doesn't enter that area.

I kindly request you to take this issue seriously and sort the issue as soon as possible.

We are cosmopolitan society consisting of 2 Bldgs 26 and 27 a, b, c, New MHADA colony, New Dindoshi, During the lockdown the Chairman who is heading a minority committee has illegally constructed a temple against the wishes of not only the minority members but also the Hindu members in the corner of 27 no bldg after cutting down the trees and dismantling the open gym.

Sir, As per the Supreme Court order no religious structures can be constructed on any common place or common area but still knowingly the Chairman has forcefully built the temple.

Sir, incase the same is not demolished immediately then I would request you to kindly give us permission to build a Cross, Mosque etc. so that the other minorities can also get a benefit of the open space .
