Mi — Defective product

I have ordered a Mi 10400 power bank with Samsung power bank and the product which i have received was defective and its not working also.I have written the mail on the same day and raised a ticket but i dont have any response after that and even i tried them calling on customer care number but no one is responding.worst site ever seen with duplicate products.Kindly resolve my problem.
