Mi — Harassment in Installation of TV from MI | |||
I have purchased a Mi Smart TV from Amazon and received it on 21.07.2021. I have raised an installation request on MI on 21st July itself. But I haven't received any proper response from them. Everyone from the support team who have called me have assured of installation within 24 hours every day but nothing has been done. And people from service center who are supposed to do the installation are directly rejecting services and giving different false excuses all the time. Mi claims itself to be the No. 1 smartphone brand but I am bound to say it is the worst in providing customer satisfaction. Was this information helpful? | |||
