[Resolved] Mi India — refund not happened so far | |||||
Hi mi team, I booked redmi note 6 pro on 28-nov-2018 on exchange basis of my old redmi y1 mobile and paid 9049 amount after exchange discount order number: [protected]. The courier boy came on 30-nov-2018 to collect my old mobile and saw as it has few scratches and a small dent at bottom he rejected to take the old one. You verified all my device functionality on mi store app before giving exchange estimated amount. Why this guy rejected my old mobile? After that mi refund game started. They don't want to refund my amount so playing games. Whenever i call customer care they say like wait for some more time. On 14th dec 2018 somebody called and told like your refund initiated have to wait for 8 to 10 working days. How much time should i wait for my amount to refund its been a month and still you guys asking me to wait. My case numbers with you is woin[protected] & woin[protected]. I have written mail to your service.[protected]@xiaomi.com nobody replied for this. I had a chat on your facebook page also no reply. What value you are giving to customer. I have attached the status of my order on different dates on my mi store app. Why you guys are so careless about customer concers. Its my hard earned money and you are keeping the money for no reason. I really pissed off with mi.
