Mi — mi tv replacement order | |||
Sir, i have already complained on 7-10-18 about my new mi 43A tv not working properly and it become faulty as picture could not be viewed. On the next day 8-10-18 I received a message from flifkart stated that the tv will be replaced before 11-10-18 .we are arrange the technicianIn contact you.inthe meantime Mi technician visited at my house[protected] evening and through checkup stated that the nothing about the issue and he left and walk away. but the problem is still pending without any improvement .I tried contacting the technician to tell about the issues, but he didn't attend the mobile call and no response from him. On the same day 9-10-19 i received a message from flipkart mentioning my replacement order is cancelled. " This is unjust and unfair but also amounts to clear deficiency and negligence of service on the part of flipkart and Mi tv " my earlier complaint is sill pending without resolved but filipkart unilaterally taken a decision to cancell the replacement and return order is highly unfair and illogical. Hence i request you to solve my mi tv issues immediatly and do the needful at the earliest in this matter and again registered my 2nd complaint also.thanking you.m.vasudevan.
