I have order a pair of headphones of worth 599 on and i got empty box on 22 december 2019and i have contacted the mi helpline but they say they have investigated and i got order in intact condition and they are not giving me refund aur replacement and they say that the case is closed and they will not refund me i have contacted mi helpline many time they say every time same

I buy a MI TV on 7 Dec 2019, from yesterday it will not working Mi will take more than one week to fix the problem this is so delay from their side and i need a replacement TV
